They could have raised at 20p, but thought they knew better.

#C4XD proposed delisting. They state, "the recent downturn in the financial markets has adversely impacted our share price, and with it, our future ability to raise funds in the public markets"Just shows how hard it is to raise money for small loss making company's at the moment.

Thanks LR2 - Hard to see anything smashing this share price much further than has already happened, so any initiative that breaths new life back into it is welcome. The business looks potentially promising, it's plainly only a cash flow issue.

Peter, I'm just guessing based on another company I have shares in that did the same thing. A big, big placing. They needed it to progress the business to another level. If they do the same thing here then it will be bad for the share price short term but so much better in the medium / long term. I will be monitoring the situation for the moment.

Appointment of another broker an early sign that points to upcoming dilution

This will be under a penny soon, it's clearly a scam to my eyes

So TGR is selling 97% purity >50# jumbo flakes from its Madagascar projects to a German company. This purity level has a 25 percent uplift in price. And should get monthly orders.
Can’t wait until the next update report.

From X:Part of wider ongoing work to grow sales globally in Europe & North America, as well as in Central and East Asia to meet growing demand; activity also continues for the same with the rest of its product basket as the Company ramps up its ex-China supplies from Madagascar.

ImhoShare price is driven in to ground deliberately, administration is a high possibility and the directors buying it back from the administrators for peanuts. Recent Director buying of shares from the open market along with being a part in the last placing could be all in the plan a cover from future investigations.Stinks to high heaven. -:-Another bidstack in the making

Like some others on here, I guess, despite the great long term prospects, I'm sitting on a hefty loss due to buying in too early. Still some uncertainty, but beginning to look more investable now. Still, maybe I should wait for results before being too hasty.

TGR had a joint broker before but they quit. What is different this time?

If something happens that is reportable they have to RNS it. Buys suggest they don't have any imminent reportable news.

Not sure they would get into trouble for buying above any potential discounted placing (were there to be one)

With a director buy I guess they can't report for 4 weeks? Is that right?

This is an unbelievably low share price If you believe production volume can go up then it's an opportunity not to be missed.
