Lifestyle pish, the only comfortable and cosy winners have been the BOD’s over the decades. Scandalous really.

Never fall in love with any stock, especially AIM plays, max investment from the outset should be £500 to £1000 so as many go under you can right them off and not lose sleep over it. Shareholders often end up being shafted.

George long gone I suppose he could see this was never going anywhere so why waste any more of his life on it.

What has Egleton achieved, nothing.

It looks like shareholders are divided by those who can see and those who can’t and those that can see are selling.

Fiasco, disaster, both fit this so called investment.

No outside bidder has ever emerged, perfect opportunity over recent years, any good site would have been snapped up and mostly would have received multiple bidding interests.

It's all about location, poorly located hundreds of miles from the new international airport, I reckon funding is proving almost impossible.

With Minoan's annual results due to be announced within days, it will be enlightening to see just how the BoD will be able to spin yet more positivity out of the actuality that is the stalled/moribund Cavo Sidero project.

Last year's Project highlights :-

· "Substantial financial returns whether on existing basis or amended contract.

· New Project Masterplan and revised Business Plans.

· Additional senior management and experienced international real estate consultants.

· NDAs signed with first hotel group and financial partners.

· Key milestones and timeline now clear."
