No one is buying this share anymore, its a dead duck. Literally no trades on a daily basis, what an embarrassment of a company. CEO filling his pockets with money.

This stock is down 50% since December. There is no way this is going to 3x anytime soon, get your money out asap and put it somewhere with at least some hope like Tesla which has a double your money opportunity at least. With Alpha, you are dealing with a CEO who just uses this company for his personal lifestyle, expenses, salaries and has a complete disrespect for his share holders. The minimum updates, ONLY when they have too. GET OUT BEFORE THE RAISE.

Some people are absolutely deluded. ALGW will not leverage when they can raise a tonne of cash to continue to support their lifestyle company. I know a lot more about this company than you think. This is the biggest lifestyle company on the stock exchange, rinsing shareholders day in and day out.

You clearly have absolutely no idea about the company. They've got the ability to leverage the assets to raise funds if required, unlike George Greville Roach who only has the ability to beg shareholders for more headroom so he can raise funds to fund his lifestyle and failing projects.

So either they do a raise, or miss their 2 bill target by 2025. They can't afford an acquisition of that size without it.

Unlikely whereas goodnold George will be diluting PREM to over 32 Billion in issue, until that money runs out and he takes it to over 40 billion by June assuming of course they're still in business which is looking increasingly unlikely right now.

DazedandConfused - I saw your post on LSE, i am not sure if you will read this, but i think your point is very valid. They are indeed looking at a raise to buy a bigger acquisition to get them to their 2025 target. Raydaar and Martinigirl, should really be driven out of these forums, they are highly toxic and not to be trusted.
Look at their posts for the last 3 years, constantly talking absolute nonsense about this stock for their own gain only. They have zero credibility in life and even less so on these forums. They have lied and conned many people of of their hard earned money, its just tragic to hear and read, they will happily throw others under the bus. Luckily, i am here to warn everyone, but reading your post Dazed, it seems you and many others are now wise to this. There is an AGM coming up, and I and a few others I know, cant wait.

There's an obligation to announce material changes to trading expectations. Where as your assertion you have inside information well we all believe that 🤣

As for research there is very little no brokers update no rns no podcasts.....so you supply the links you 🐂💩💩🐘8019;

If I believe in a company then I'm going to buy into that company. There's been a great deal of growth over the last year that hasn't been subject to an RNS, you just need to do your research. If I'm in no rush to buy shares them I'm happy to wait and buy when others are willing to sell. Mark Ward bought £1 million worth at 2p If I can buy £1 million at 1.2p or less by waiting then I get a whole lot more for my money by being patient.
