24/1/2024 09:16 | It does look like there are ample powers to make convicted defendants pay compensation to victims : | davidkip
24/1/2024 09:03 | It looks like Aidan's house (or strictly speaking, the address where all his company correspondence goes to - I am assuming it's one and the same, this really doesn't look like a service address!!) is up for sale for a cool £2.65m. Looks like it has been on for a while - the price was reduced in 23/9/23. We know from public disclosures that both Ware and Biggar's houses were/are subject to POCA orders (def still active for Biggar, given the last liquidator's report). And since Earley was a co-defendant it would seem likely this property was also subject to a similar order. Since Aidan is currently not convicted of crimes related to Worthington, I wonder what the POCA does in the situation of the accused passing away pre-trial, as has been suggested here? And more broadly, could such seizures be used to recompense the victims, if they are found guilty? | davidkip
04/12/2023 18:39 | No..just sleepingpining for the fjords. | petersmith6
03/12/2023 19:02 | What's going on here? Is Aidan still dead? | bbmsionlypostafter mk2
10/11/2023 08:02 | That fits with theb comment from the liquidator abut "in retrospect we should have sold the shares at the beginning" or words to that effect. Ofc there was no-one that would buy them (except Darren) so that was rather moot. | davidkip
10/11/2023 07:39 | The Bus Club run by D Chapman has finally admitted that its shares in the American gold mine, sorry that should be coal mine, are worth sod all. | roydyor
08/10/2023 19:28 | Very funny, thanks david. | spikeyj
05/10/2023 13:51 | In other news, it looks like Allan Biggar hasn't been repaying his debt to All About Brands. He owed £300k and was given 5 years to pay in installments. Over that time, only £43k was paid by him. This agreement with the liquidator included a security (on Bluebell House) and so they've now put in a demand, and are pushing for the sale of the property to as to recoup the unpaid monies. Overall there is some £2m owed to creditors (so the £300k debt repayment will only give pennies in the pound repayment to them). | davidkip
05/10/2023 13:21 | It’s an amazing read . Have you seen its been extended another 2 years . That will be seven years in total. | jackjackjack1
12/9/2023 19:19 | I never realised how old these people are! Aidan’s date of birth January 1967; D. Ware’s date of birth May 1951; R. Spurway’s date of birth March 1954; A. Beggars date of birth January 1963; W. Earley’s date of birth February 1962. It would be ironic that if they are found guilty of raping a pension fund they all end up being raped in prison whilst pensioners ! | antondec
12/9/2023 12:38 | One year countdown to the trial of the century - it will be as if OJ, Michael Jackson, Trump, Biden and Hilary are all on the stand together….. Still reckon someone will cave to save their own skin | antondec
24/5/2023 19:40 | A little while ago I was trying to see what had happened to Whetstone Capital. I'm not really sure but it looks like it's now in the hands of some guy that was a Director of FII Group at the same time as Doug Ware. Could be someone else though. | arthur_lame_stocks
