Shareholders have been receiving a special dividend every quarter since Q3 23. Ptal call it a liquidity sweep.

Anyone have an opinion on:

1) If a special divi will be paid this year.

2) How much it will be.

3) when it is likely to land.

Banks seem to charge 25% but from my experience AJ Bell charge 15% as long as you fill in form NR 301.

Depends on the broker. Mine (EQi) charged me 25% and when I questioned it denied there was such a thing as a 15% rate, as do others. But apparently many other brokers charge the 15%.

So is there a Withholding Tax deducted from the dividend if not held in a SIPP ?

Is it a deduction of 15% or 25% on the dividend ?

A link to the Perupetro spreadsheet would be very helpful in the header

However, I guess with the apparent demise of Pro_S2009 / PapalPower / Proselenes, that's not going to happen, so sooner or later we'll need a new thread.

The current header is fine, but getting outdated with every month, e.g. a more recent presentation, a link to the state website.

Anyone talented enough to create one?

Update on numbers from Perupetro for the first 13 days of April,

Average 19456 bopd, Average for year stands at 18431 bopd.

Total for year to date 1,916,779 barrels.

Errrr... my strategy is not to sell. I'm a divi man now. Anything else is a bonus. If it got to 70p I may take some profit. :-)

We've been here before, several times. If it wasn't for the chunky dividends, I'd be looking to sell above 49p and buy back below 44p. :-)

Yup...that's a strategy......but I am going to wait and see if we get a break above 51.....its got to happen some time.

Lets see if we get a breakout from this trading range.

Oil price holding up well, decent update IMO, yield is great, should be way North of 50p IMO/DYOR and happy to continue to hold...

The restricted cash continues to build. When do the locals start getting the money,it must be frustrating for them, but good to know they will be benefitting, as they should be.
