It very much depends on any deal they do. On the plus side, you are looking at a low market cap to start off with.

The three directors converted into Ordinary shares, then sold those Ords at 2.5p to subscribe for more Convertibles, which is the stock now finding its way into the market!

It doesn't strengthen the balance sheet. It moves debt that they can't repay into equity.

Fully converted the market cap is about £1m at 3.3p

My issue is that they are trying to steal the company from shareholders with the CLN conversions...

I didn't realise that tiltonboy....so I suppose that will strengthen our balance sheet but maybe temper my expected upside to more like 10x next year....but I suppose it also depends on the projects.....pay your money take your chance...and GLA...but DYOR....we all miss something!

This is blessing in disguise for GRIT
It's not Investment Trust anymore!!

That means it's freed itself from the shackles, now It would need RTO minimum of £10m that's 20 bagger from current position

The market cap is actually more like £380k and the RTO anticipated is more like £10m...however even after fees we should be looking at least 20 X fold increase in our share price
Pretty good odds of turning £2,500 investment into £50,000 early next year! Experienced fund managers, conversion of loan notes etc. inspires confidence to be measured against this extremely high risk but high reward if it pays off....but you must DYOR and make up your own mind...it is likely you could lose most of your investment...however I bought in 28888 this a.m. prepared to play with £1,166.25! GLA
Yes EarlofAim..... there is no doubt we could do x3 or x4 as soon as this week......but the alternative is to embrace suspension for the RTO and look forward to the Re-list early 2023...That's when we'll see the potential x20 or more...!
not maintaining Investment Trust status is a blessing in disguise...DYOR

There will be a capital raise shortly, and then it comes down to the skills of the new managers to make the assets grow.
