You'd be better doing some research rather than spouting rubbish. They've actually achieved quite a lot this last year but have chosen not to release the information via rns as its not market sensitive. Maybe dig a little deeper into the company, you might actually like what you see, I know I do and that's why I hold over 3% of the shares. There's no placing imminent, if there was I like cszrjh2 would know a out it and as he has stated, the company has various non dilutive means to raise any capital required to fund pretty much any future acquisitions.
Accounts due within the next 9 days and I expect them to be very positive which will attract a lot of attention. Maybe you should buy some shares you never k ow you may just make some money, you know exactly how quickly it moves. If the accounts are as good as I expect then this could easily do 150% or more on the day. Problem you've got is actually getting hold of any meaningful number of shares, they're just not for sale

Gob💩 has and does run this as a lifestyle company. It's only worth buying dips.

This isn't investable.

Track record shows what they've achieved and what they've done to and for PIs....🫨

I would say thats unlikely given I am TR1 holder and know all the other TR1s and none of us have heard anything about a placing. Also the board have said numerous times they have plenty of cash and equity on the balance sheet to fund anything but the largest potential acquisition. But sure. You continue with attempts at market manipulation and let's see how that works out for you.

No one is buying this share anymore, its a dead duck. Literally no trades on a daily basis, what an embarrassment of a company. CEO filling his pockets with money.

This stock is down 50% since December. There is no way this is going to 3x anytime soon, get your money out asap and put it somewhere with at least some hope like Tesla which has a double your money opportunity at least. With Alpha, you are dealing with a CEO who just uses this company for his personal lifestyle, expenses, salaries and has a complete disrespect for his share holders. The minimum updates, ONLY when they have too. GET OUT BEFORE THE RAISE.

Some people are absolutely deluded. ALGW will not leverage when they can raise a tonne of cash to continue to support their lifestyle company. I know a lot more about this company than you think. This is the biggest lifestyle company on the stock exchange, rinsing shareholders day in and day out.

You clearly have absolutely no idea about the company. They've got the ability to leverage the assets to raise funds if required, unlike George Greville Roach who only has the ability to beg shareholders for more headroom so he can raise funds to fund his lifestyle and failing projects.

So either they do a raise, or miss their 2 bill target by 2025. They can't afford an acquisition of that size without it.

Unlikely whereas goodnold George will be diluting PREM to over 32 Billion in issue, until that money runs out and he takes it to over 40 billion by June assuming of course they're still in business which is looking increasingly unlikely right now.

DazedandConfused - I saw your post on LSE, i am not sure if you will read this, but i think your point is very valid. They are indeed looking at a raise to buy a bigger acquisition to get them to their 2025 target. Raydaar and Martinigirl, should really be driven out of these forums, they are highly toxic and not to be trusted.
Look at their posts for the last 3 years, constantly talking absolute nonsense about this stock for their own gain only. They have zero credibility in life and even less so on these forums. They have lied and conned many people of of their hard earned money, its just tragic to hear and read, they will happily throw others under the bus. Luckily, i am here to warn everyone, but reading your post Dazed, it seems you and many others are now wise to this. There is an AGM coming up, and I and a few others I know, cant wait.
