I've said it before and I'll say it again, I do not believe a word this bod come out.Every transaction leads to further destruction of the shareprice, every rns only leads to more confusion due to insufficient detail.I don't know what they are up to but it's certainly not in the interest of shareholders.

When Directors do NOT invest in their Company its because they know how bad it is

Agreed HomTanks
However a misleading RNS would be viewed very differently from an untrue one

I am pretty sure the warrant sell price was never that high

Either way its in keeping with Al's nature. So if they sold 250k warrants even at 1.93 sek thats 371,000 sek roughly same amount they paid for the warrants, so that RNS about placing was for wyld warrants was alot of BS.

In a decade Tern have earned not a penny bar the cash gleaned from from mugs whose holders` share value has fallen due to dilution by millions.

What a silly bunch the LTH`ers are.

Misleading or untrue?
Correct me if I'm wrong but if they sold the warrants for 1.93Sek each there would be a net zero cost. Obviously anything in excess of 1.93 Sek would have seen them making a profit on the deal

Exactly onsideman, that part reason for the placing was clearly misleading.

I suspect most shareholders have come to the conclusion that TERN's holdings in its Investee companies are worth considerably more than the Net Asset Value estimated by our Management.

Even the Management believe such a premise by reference to their recent comments.

Unfortunately the current performance of TERN appears to be governed by the paltry sum of £307,692 debt and the cost of maintaining Administration and Operational support for the Company over the coming period until the first Exit is delivered.

Cash resources are available within TERN, however their sufficiency and runway has not been communicated to Shareholders at this time.

So, with our four ICs all gaining growth momentum [including Wyld who appear to have resolved their Supply Chain problems and are moving to full service execution]; it is time for TERN management to step-up and find an innovative solution to sort out these temporary challenges and return our Company to prime condition.

All recognition to the BOD and the Leadership team for accumulating significant holdings in exciting and successful entities, but now it is time to concentrate on TERN.

All IMO

Roll on the Virtual Summit when we can enjoy some real progress by DA instead of the 'strategy' soap at Tern.

Some are guessing/surmising (on T-gram) that they exercised all the warrants they had, having sold off the rest earlier. Wording to that effect in the RNS would have helped. As others would read the RNS and think they haven't maximized. And the lack of info about how they'll spend the remainder of the raised funds is another glaring error (an investment or is it again just for salaries and overheads?). They seem unable to see the gaps in information when they compile an RNS. And not for the first time.

It is more luck than judgment - they sold Wyld shares at much higher prices.

The reason is that the BoD and AS prioritise themselves ahead of shareholders. That has always been the case as you all well know.

So why didn't Tern maximise their entitlement? They've spent virtually nothing and once again there are more questions than answers, which is being reflected very clearly in today's price action.

No one can be that stupid so you have to believe it's intentional, though for what reason I can't begin to imagine

I hope Wyld's supply chain is robust enough to supply all of the sensors / terminals that will be required to fulfil all the recently announced contracts (plus hopefully more to come).

If so, Wyld will be an absolute monster money making machine.

Good news from Wyld
Moving into Africa - he said he would (and Asia to come perhaps)

Monitoring offshore oil and gas wells in Angola.
