Perhaps the dust buyer only had cash, then what with the wind, it may have blown away ?

Why would they do this, surely that's illegal in terms of the company's annual accounts and results. Always something new with this company. Do you think McDonought was trying to get the company on the cheap ?

From FY23 sales RNS:

'....December 2023 totaled 34,880 tonnes, of which 28,707 were invoiced in the same calendar year...'
and,
'...Company has been paid for 27,024 tonnes of the above invoiced amounts...'

The data from ANM shows c.35,541t was invoiced in that calendar year.

There was no mention of carry-over tonnage to 2023 in the FY/2022 sales RNS.
Can't comment on how much money is coming in, but it seems more product is being invoiced than is being reported.

At least HMZ Shareholders are being given a warning about Araguaia Níquel Metais Ltda potential Judicial Recovery proceedings though I'm not sure they fully understand?

Doubt you would see that form Harvest if Triunfo Mineracao do Brasil Ltda applies for Judicial Recovery?

Hmmm, I don’t think those trades are suspicious, though might change mind if there’s news next week

Not good news if they were enforced deliveries?
That would mean another 2% paid as royalty to the Landholder and payment of freight costs, all paid by Triunfo....
A not so great idea, increase in revenue recognition but less cash in the bank?

Perhaps two loads is about right for 2024 cos that’s not only invoiced but recognised via delivery I guess

‘Delaying behaviour’
Hopefully HMI and FFA will appeal that shocking conclusion

These labour courts appear to be very efficient with their cases.

Agreed, but if the case went to 'ordinary appeal', a civil case, then I imagine that would be more akin to the delaying tactics of AIM listed entities?

In the recent work related legal case when the judge concluded the case proven against Triunfo.....(Harvest). Triunfo.... unsuccessfully appealed the ruling. Appeal was rejected (in bold) and 1% of the case value in favour of the complainant.

Extract:
'Delaying behavior
It is clear, therefore, that the conduct of the plaintiff/defendant is merely delaying, seeking nothing more than to delay the outcome of the demand, gaining time for a possible ordinary appeal, as warned in the appeal.'

Hmmm, money that tight is it?

May be FFA Legal should be 'cut back'?
