19/4/2024 15:43 | fuji99 - "So they want more by the end of July 2024 !" You misunderstand that comment. RNS 11/03/24 - "Under the Agreement MCK Tech is paying £604,000 for the Korean Plant, which comprises the assets of the CVD (Chemical Vapour Deposition) graphene business carried out by Versarien's subsidiary, Versarien Korea Limited, and owned by the Company. £60,400 has been paid and the remaining £543,600 will be paid in full by 31 July 2024 through the following instalments: £120,800 60 days from the date of the Agreement; £120,800 120 days from the date of the Agreement; and £302,000 payable on 31 July 2024" | pwhite73
19/4/2024 15:29 | What exactly means "turnaround project" ? Raising money on a regular basis then use it for travel and pleasure until nothing is left. Come back for another £600k+ and repeat the same procedure. In between, always mention an "agreement" or a "contract" of £10k'sh to avoid waking up the sleepy fund providers. So far, this is trully turning around at all fronts and always in the "right direction" - eg. the zombies pockets. Imagine a robbery in daylight ! | fuji99
19/4/2024 15:08 | I keep telling you, I have an elegant and swan-like neck. You'd come to love me if you got to know me. | festario
19/4/2024 14:36 | Festario , desperate for someone to see him getting something correct . Desperate for attention so he makes up fantasy trades … No one cares . You are an irrelevance on ADVFN . You have no neck . Bowling pin kinda guy . Now start pecking that grain and become the chicken you are !!! | seedoftongo
19/4/2024 14:35 | PWhite: "They raised £615k on 20/03/24 and are due another £604k by 31/07/24" - Amazing as if money can be picked on the trees ! So they want more by the end of July 2024 ! For some reason they love to get packets of £600k+ nothing less ! How cunning these rascals are ! In fact that is actually the REAL work they are doing for the last 10 years - as I have always stressed it - then using the money for the "turnaround theatre" which is traveling first class and staying in 5 star hotels. It used to be combined with golf and tweeting - not anymore apparently. | fuji99
19/4/2024 14:21 | PWhite: Whether Dr Jekyll or Dr Abrakadabra is gone to Japan or to the Falkland Islands does not change an inch to the fundamental problem: There is no company at all. So what the Dr is actually doing is simply "enjoying free travel and fine food while it lasts" - Believe me. | fuji99
19/4/2024 14:19 | How is this lifestyle pish still trading is beyond me, 0,p not far off now | ny boy
19/4/2024 14:01 | But like Fester, he's been proved to be correct hasn't he? You on the other hand.. | festario
19/4/2024 13:52 | fuji99 - "If you really still believe there is even a shadow of something going on," If you think Dr Hodge was in Texas in February 24 and now in South Korea April 24 just for jollies then you've really lost the plot. He is laying the groundwork for the globalisation of Versarien's products and services now that graphene is heading for commercialisation. | pwhite73
19/4/2024 13:00 | PWhite: "I am one of the zombies but my zombification is tempered against new contract signings and where the share price goes from there." If you really still believe there is even a shadow of something going on, you are a great sample of someone's mind successfully conditioned into believing in chimeras. If Sigmund Freud was still alive, he would be delighted to have you as his favourite guinea pig for further experiments that will certainly help humanity. | fuji99
19/4/2024 12:37 | I'm sure the company are bending over backwards to accommodate your tolerance level. | 1retirement
19/4/2024 12:37 | The Cronk: I agree because when the psychological barrier threshold in strongly believing one can become rich and fast is crossed, the risk factor becomes zero. When this happens it's easy to become blind in front of the obvious. This is what we see happening today because nobody wants to believe or figure out we can lose it all. So life continues in hoping the situation can one day improve. Unfortunately many scavengers and raptors contributed to influence the psyche of many honest investors, including that goodfella who used to tweet from a golf course, "you ain't seen nothing yet"- Today, playing the role of a victim !!! | fuji99
19/4/2024 12:17 | Nobody wants to see fellow investors lose money, but often they are their own worst enemy, ignoring the obvious red flags and becoming part of a collective where doubts and concerns are not permitted. “ nobody wants to see fellow investors lose money “ ??? This is ADVFN , we love to see other investors lose money . It’s what it’s all about . I like to see an investor lose everything , become desperate and plead for help from other investors . At this point I like his pleas to be rebuffed and further mockery …. That’s what happened to Festario ( elsewhere ) . | seedoftongo
19/4/2024 12:06 | zydecoco - There had to be heavy dilution to facilitate the turnaround strategy a subject we have discussed before. As of now I expect to see an upturn in the share price based on signed contracts. I for one will not tolerate lower priced placings than 0.125p. sj - "01/05/24?." They raised £615k on 20/03/24 and are due another £604k by 31/07/24. If they raise before 31/07/24 again I would consider that a defeat. I support the company and its turnaround strategy but it is all meaningless if existing shareholders have not benefited financially during the whole process. | pwhite73
19/4/2024 11:48 | 01/05/2024? | smokeyjohnson
19/4/2024 11:47 | PW, Well you've gone 3 goals down on your way to defeat based on the share price When will the next Placing be? - any bets | zydecoco
19/4/2024 11:44 | They mean the same thing. If any future placings are lower than 0.125p I will admit defeat. The turnaround is well underway and it's only fair that shareholders who have held since NR's departure are part of it. | pwhite73
19/4/2024 11:38 | I believe you said the same thing yesterday but worded differently. Which version are we to take? Yesterday it was if the next placing was at a price less than the last one. Today it is if people's investments are getting cut in half? | smokeyjohnson
19/4/2024 11:36 | Hope is not a good investment thesis!! I have never seen it recommended by Buffet or any other recognised sophisticated investor. Nobody wants to see fellow investors lose money, but often they are their own worst enemy, ignoring the obvious red flags and becoming part of a collective where doubts and concerns are not permitted. | the cronk
19/4/2024 11:28 | I am one of the zombies but my zombification is tempered against new contract signings and where the share price goes from there. If they are still cutting people's investment in half with discount placings then I'll be the first to put my hands up and admit I called it wrong and the long-term bears were right. | pwhite73 |
