3.8years of revenue to buy the company doesn't seem overly high.

It's not a surprise when a business says they are confident that profits will double and margins will improve - it's just by how much and when. Thanks I will and good luck too with MPAC and others.

The market loves it . Take it.
We are contracted with them but the supply channel is poor.
Good luck

TigerI get a PE of about 35x, but look at their PEG with eps more than doubling!.I ignored PE first time around and will this time too.Perhaps they are prioritising orders elsewhere and demand is outstripping supply?, don't know. You are still buying the product though so can't be all bad can it :).Congrats with MFX, didn't get chance to check it out (doh).

Thanks hadn't seen that, but unless I've missed something the business itself stated at their FY23 Pre close update (25th Jan) that total group revenue to grow 8% (actual 6%).And at their interims their outlook forecast for the year was revenue between £380m to £390m (actual £364.4m).So some disparity between what the company has said and what consensus was. But yes they met the analysts consensus forecast.

Yes i can see the forecast improvement that will get to your figures.
however they still will be trading at almost 40x earnings in the current year.

Placed an order for 26 pallets last week and 11 are out of stock!

I have no faith in the distribution /sales team at all of achieving targets.

All that matter is the market likes it but its not for me.

best

Hi CTUS up 22%, that's the future. At first glance a bit underwhelming tbh with them missing their revised Rev target for the year of £380m-£390m. But margin as revised at H1 so in the price. Pbt also down 28% so again at first glance doesn't look good. But if they double their EBITDA and they've said 15% margin so if my quick calcs are correct FY24 Rev is looking like c £407m (consensus £395m) that's +12% and ergo pbt will be double at IMO c £45m, eps c 30p to 32p.As posted previously it's not about the short/medium term it's getting those margins back to 2017-18 levels.
