me neither, but they will have a legal obligation to spin off the CGO shares to CGH shareholders at some point. and if people were really being offered 0.2p per share then you can bet they are worth more than that now

guess we sit and wait

Does anyone on here know how legacy CGH shareholders (my ownership originally via Sable Mining) are to get paid out for their holding?

Thanks

So we are still ‘in the game’, albeit tenuously.

Certainly not, but I doubt that anyone is closely monitoring what these dodgy small caps are doing, especially those operating in Africa.

Imagine Lloyds holding 50% in Barclays and Barclays approving transfer of 10% shares (owned by Lloyds) to Lloyds employees for their work on some project in Barclays. Would that be legal?

It looks to me as they simply deducted 11.5m shares from the total CGH held and transferred to CGH employees to reward their hard work in Contango. In the ideal world we would see Contango issuing new shares in Contango and transferring them to the people they want.

I've never seen such a deal either. It makes one wonder where these shares for key personnel magically arrived from.I still own mine, in a nominee account, so I assume that either new shares have been issued, or some shares were held in treasury. If I were to ask the company's advisor, I'm sure they would ignore me as they always have.

Lubu update on Contango CGO is out today. CGO mcap is approx GBP 18m.CGO total issued shares=239,633,278Note CGH (Sable) still owns 41.04% of Contango =98,349,961 shares. Note also that an extremely strange deal has occurred on 8 January this year. Never seen such a deal as it looks like 10% of Contango shares we owned have been given to CGH personel. Prior to 8 January CGH held 109,849,961 of CGO shares. On that day 11,5m shares have been deducted from 109m and transferred to key managers and consultants at CGH for their work on the Lubu Coal Project in Contango. This transfer was approved by Contango and Brandon Hill Capital. Back to admission of Contango, CGH held 128,849,961 shares.

I think it is far from normal to publish someone else's photos without his permission, especially here on the share dealing board. Please remove the photos and focus on Sable, CGH and Contango.
