"We will continue to update shareholders on the progress made on site as we work with our partners to advance this quality project to production."

Call me a moaner, but I had expected more updates than one every eight months (and counting). This stock is totally dead, as is lithium, so something else to drive some interest would be nice to see.

The lime plant was always slated as a 12-24 month endeavour, with modification and commissioning of the kilns required prior to lime production.

Firering has an 'option' to acquire up to a 28.33% interest in the project, which obviously won't be taken up until they see a clear path to profitability.

Have I missed it, or has there not been any mention of this 'quality project' since August?

Firering Strategic Minerals Plc

("Firering" or the "Company")

Commissioning Commences at Limeco Resources' Lime Plant

Firering, an exploration and development company focusing on strategic minerals, is pleased to announce the successful commissioning of the crushing system to produce aggregates and the finalisation of the design work for the modification and commissioning of the lime kilns at the Zambian Lime plant owned by Limeco Resources Limited ("Limeco"). Firering has an option to acquire up to 28.33% (RNS: 17 August 2023) of Limeco, which is expected to be profitable and delivering cashflow within 12-24 months.

"Firering's decision to enter into the option agreement with Limeco Resources was led by the opportunity to provide our shareholders with exposure to a project that can be brought into production relatively quickly, capable of delivering cashflow in a relatively short space of time. We will continue to update shareholders on the progress made on site as we work with our partners to advance this quality project to production."

$AUD 1m Share Consideration Received from Ricca

Firering, an exploration company focusing on critical minerals, is pleased to announce that it has received 20,000,000 shares ("Ricca Shares") in Ricca Resources Limited ("Ricca") at an issue price of AUD$0.05 with a value of AUD$1.0m.

This share issue is part of the initial consideration following the $US18.6 million binding and definitive earn in agreement (the "Agreement") announced on 2 November 2022 to advance the Atex Lithium-Tantalum Project and the adjacent Alliance exploration licence (once granted) in Côte d'Ivoire.

The Ricca Shares have been issued pursuant to the Agreement following Ricca not having completed an IPO on the ASX by 31 December 2023. The Ricca Shares were issued at a Ricca pre money valuation of c.AUD$7.96 million, representing its value at its most recent funding round in May 2023. Following the settlement Firering holds 20,00,000 shares in Ricca which represents c.11.2%% of Ricca's issued share capital.

Although the RC programme is expected to conclude in four to six weeks, we will update the market as intercepts are made available over the coming weeks. Samples will be sent to Intertek for assaying and first assay results are expected during Q1 2024

Probably just a bit of retail investor boredom.

Personally, I've just added to my holding today.

I view today's announcement positively as Remy is obviously already a believer, as he and his wife already hold just under 1% of the company - possibly bought at 6.5p in the last fundraising?
Also 6.5p is about 25% higher than the current share price, so he's not being exactly being gifted them, like so often happens.

6.5p would have been nice if it was 50p

Anybody know what happened to the 2021 plans here?

Pilot production of tantalum and niobium for early stage cash flow within 12-18 months
€7.5m debt facility to be put in place to scale up production post pilot stage

Did the 7.5m € been drawn down? Or was that conditional on some milestones?

They raised £756k in Sept 2023. But surely that's not enough to last long?

Anybody know what the '2024' plan is? Insiders hold a fair bit of stock but the track record so far has not been good!

Yuval Cohen, Chief Executive Officer of Firering, said:

"I am very pleased to announce the signing of the initial RC drilling contract with FTE Drilling for c.3,000m. FTE Drilling is expected to be on site and start drilling operations mid- January 2024. RC hole locations have been finalised and Firering's field team will be preparing the drill pads in due course. We estimate that the RC drilling campaign will be completed during February 2024 and that assay results will be available towards the end of Q1 2024 when we will provide the results of the RC campaign to the market".

Yes, I've just increased my FRG holding for about 25% less than the very recent oversubscribed placing price!

Let's not forget that FRG is still primarily a lithium focussed company with, what I believe to be, a very significant and extensive lithium discovery - despite, what some might feel to be, the recent lime distraction.

Overall, your buying some very valuable/desirable assets for a market cap of about £5m.
