OTMP looks ridiculously cheap against its nearest peer Zoopla, even after taking into consideration dilution via options etc. Just checked visits per mth against #2 in the mkt Zoopla (OTMP #3) and for Jan 23 Zoopla 32.m against OTMP 15.6m. From memory Zoopla was floated for just under a £1bln in 2014!! (bought out for 2.2bln dollars in 2018). Mkt cap of OTMP £52m, with EV currently approx £41m.

Read in a newsletter today. Have not verified. DYOR: "Zoopla has said that an acute shortage of properties coming to the market is likely to restrict sales this year. It says there was a 25pc fall in homes for sale in the first six months of this year, compared to the same period in 2020."
