Nothing of interest from the AGM just spoke to a mate of mine who went to it.

Why what's Parsons done.. or not done? There needs to be a GSA completed, that's in the hands of Conrad, then if they can either sell their share or a percentage of it, and pay down the debt, then things will become clearer.

Oh! How rude?

"To provide additional funding flexibility the Company would encourage shareholders to vote favourably in respect of the resolutions proposed in the forthcoming AGM"

Does anyone still trust Parsons?

Be careful.

Probably just an IT issue in the middle of the Aussi night, but Conrad's website is down, so changed their header link to the relevant ASX page for news. Scrolling down also provides a link to Conrad's site.

All time lows for an apparently asset rich company with a theoretically solid future business model.Either there is something significantly different to what we've always been told about Duyung (it really doesn't make sense why it is perpetually delayed & none of the companies involved are attracting any interest).Or the dilution, that I expect is coming, is something that the debt holders are forward selling into.I think they have stood back for the last few days as their 10m per day dumping was a bit obvious & it may have been pointed out to them.

Conrad way out of their depth, imo no timings ever materialise, woefully underestimated the whole process.. im not holding my breath for good news in their results.. probably summer before any progress. I had thought of averaging down at this all time low, but whats the point

Let's hope Conrad finally have something positive to say about GSA when they publish quarterly results at end of April!

I would also like to see Capton Energy align strategically with Coro (Check out Capton Energy website). That would show significant confidence with Coro as a key player for renewables transition in ASEAN. We have seen numerous Twitter posts by Coro recently around the need for more renewables in Asia. And more investment coming into to fund these projects.

Let's hope Coro's grand masterplan works. It's now due.

Odillon, these are definitely good questions to ask at the AGM. To add to your point wrt FID. Why do Conrad state the expected FID by June this year, but Coro keep pushing it back, now Q1 2025 as per latest Investor Presentation.

As long as they continue pushing and developing the renewables business to fruition, this can be lucrative (as Pavey says). I would like to see the renewables starting to take off this year.

As soon as Duyung is done and dusted, Coro should already be flying with Renewables. They've had enough time now.

If Duyung only repays the bonds we are still way undervalued. Early sale with £10m+ in bank should see us close to 1p

Sorry the Sage - It would be great if you could also ask why Coro had different figures to EME in their respective RNS tables of 28/3/2024 showing the resource estimates as updated in the 31 December 23 report. Cheers!

The Sage. If you have the opportunity to ask questions at the AGM please could you ask if the anticipated FID on Duyung is correctly estimated as Q1 2025 - as indicated by the asterisked rectangle in the graphics of the updated presentation of todays's date Thank you

Oh! How rude?

What's going on here then?

On the 28 March 2024 the departure of Marco Fumagalli was announced.

Wasn't he the original guardian of the bond holders interests?

Wasn't that the reason he was a paid director for so many years?

Parsons wouldn't have let his pal go without being forced to do so, would he?

Now there is to be "the appointment of a financial advisor nominated by the noteholders to provide advice to the Board and the lenders".

Isn't that what the person who runs the company does?

Does that make you think why Parsons is allowed to stay?

An outside nomination is going to be controlling the company, so why is Parsons allowed to remain?

He is going full pelt to save his salary:

"To provide additional funding flexibility the Company would encourage shareholders to vote favourably in respect of the resolutions proposed in the forthcoming AGM"

Can anybody think of anyone who is surplus to requirements?

Who can shareholders trust?

Be careful.

IG sellers give people the opportunity to buy if they believe that DUYUNG gets over the line by CONRAD ASIA and the bonds get paid off.
The Bondholders seem to be onside and are prepared to wait for that outcome ?

Seller certainly appears to have a heads up about something and been 10m+ dumped daily for weeks yet no holding updates about any reductions. Tells me it is forward selling.Only question now is what price has been agreed
