23/4/2024 19:12 | My understanding is that there are three levels to "completion": 1. Government approval, which I believe was obtained some time last year. 2. Followed by the bureaucracy and novation, which may or may not have been completed. 3. followed by the legals to be finally signed off and completed by all parties involved, buyers, sellers, banks, accountants, uncle Tom Cobley etc. And of course the payment of the cash! Only then will we have "COMPLETION"! | vatnabrekk
23/4/2024 18:34 | Future is bright, I have it from the horses mouth that are waiting On Angola, The approval of which is delayed due to the normal African political issues. We’re not far away now | p mac

23/4/2024 18:01 | Don't think we're far off Future - don't lose hope | carrbradshaw
23/4/2024 17:41 | IMHO Angola was done and completed at the end of last year. Then there is the why! Why the further delays. We are not waiting on Angola, Angola is waiting on Trafigura and all that comes with Trafigura affairs in Angola. It’s taken me a while to concede that opinion, but I’ve now resigned myself to the reality that this is a long way off, and until they’ve concluded their historical matters. Sorry if that has come across negative, but after going down the rabbit hole several months ago that reality is now, unfortunately, a strong and plausible prospect. Take care peeps | futureisbright
23/4/2024 17:15 | They never have cared about the reputation, but nice to know if anything shady happens they can end up in court like the worthington guys so they have to deliver | ace1976
23/4/2024 14:56 | agree with that | riskybisky
23/4/2024 14:31 | Why would they be worried about you or I risky. They need to satisfy their masters ..We are way way down the list.if this pays off wewill walk off with our reward and not give a hoot about who has been screwed over along the way.We are all greedy or we wouldnt be here. | bronislav
23/4/2024 13:54 | one email after loads of asks. one email for some of the shareholders that signed up for IR. - some haven't received it even though we signed up. I imagine they do read this bb and if they don't then it would be extremely negligent as they should be aware of and concerned about OUR company's reputation. So I am now pretty much resigned to the likelihood that I have been conned here though I still have a little hope. | riskybisky
23/4/2024 13:50 | Nobody will be paying our directors unless there is a payday for the ones footing the bill.Frustrating as hell ,only free cheese is in a mouse trap so those wages will be covered. | bronislav
23/4/2024 13:42 | AR 2022 reveals that the 3 main Ds coined in $1.6m for the year, half of that to Kuti. That`s $13k per month going out.. Let`s take one month in 2024, say March. What was done in March to warrant $13k being paid? No announcements, no update of any kind, not even any amendment to the website. One e-mail in April, that`s our lot. I`m all for a zero hours contract for this bunch. | dr rosso

22/4/2024 23:22 | Interesting read there Doc shocking what these guys get upto and I’m sure it was Aiden Hurley who was putting on a way over the top act of being a religious nut job I’m suprised Darren chapman got away with it though as he was connected to those lot.Its taken 8 yrs just to get to court, now looking back it was hell of a pump and dump and it did pull a lot of attention as they planned, hopefully they all get what they deserve | ace1976
22/4/2024 22:22 | "Tende Energy creates milestone onshore Tunisia with completely local crew." Bigging up Tunisia by announcing in Dec that they`ve added 250 barrels to daily production. Oh dear. Same applies to Nigeria where they have been tinkering with a couple of existing wells. Progress is miniscule under the current regime. Any end-Q1 update would be revealed as embarrassing. Get Angola sorted means get a proper O&G team in to run the show. Our deadbeats need to be put out to grass, what on earth are they doing atm that warrants a million dollars being dished out in salaries, bonuses and expenses? As for Worthington PLC, a fraud operated by a bunch of crooks Trial set for Sept 2024. expected to last 4 months | dr rosso
22/4/2024 21:44 | Xerot relax..There's still 4.5yrs to go | bumhammer
22/4/2024 20:03 | If only they WERE on the stock market ! | 14hugo
22/4/2024 19:55 | Hope it’s not worse than Worthington that was a pile of rubbish as well | ace1976
22/4/2024 16:58 | 'Why is current production so low?' Paragraph 5, Tunisia 'The possibility of further rig interventions early next year to refrack existing wells is under review and could add significant additional production.' | htrocka2
22/4/2024 16:51 | In 2014 Storm Ventures Int (Chinook Energy) was producing 10k bopd from over 30 wells drilled on the Bir Ben Tartar field in Tunisia. Later that year Medco Energi paid $114m for the Tunisia portfolio, stating an intention to raise BBT production to 16k bopd. As a result of an ongoing dispute with ETAP, BBT fell into decline through lack of investment and was producing just 550 bopd when Tende acquired the asset. ATOG, having agreed to pay $26m, had managed a small increase up from 190 bopd through 2020/21. Tende`s Dec 2023 email update shows that, with a couple of well interventions, their newly-appointed Tunisian crew has managed to get production up to a slightly less pitiful 800 bopd. On a quarterly (90 day) basis, this accounts for the 75k barrel cargo sold in 2023. The next was meant to be Q1, 2024 but there has been no announcement on this. Fact is that 100%-owned BBT and the other smaller Tunisian stakes should be producing hell of a lot more than net 1.1k bopd. Tende acquired these assets in June 2023, and nearly one year on has managed to eke out an extra 250 bopd from BBT (550 to 800). Trafigura money is in place.75k barrel cargo might seem a lot, at $90pb, but that`s over a 90 day period. Reality is just 800 bopd coming out of 34 wells drilled on BBT, averaging a miserable 24 barrels per well. Why is current production so puny? | dr rosso |
