A new SFOR thread has been set up by a poster [chopsey?] under the EPIC: SFOR

Perhaps you as a premium poster could set up a better SFOR new thread with a catchy title as chopsey's one just states SFOR?

As a starters it would make much sense to have Sir Martin Sorrell's [of WPP fame] name inn the new SFOR thread title!!!!

Further to the announcements on 11 September 2018 and 27 September 2018, the Company has completed the acquisition of S4 Capital Limited ("S4 Limited") and today 255,494,678 consolidated ordinary shares of £0.25 each (the "Ordinary Shares") have been re-admitted to the standard segment of the Official List and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's Main Market at 8.00 a.m. under the ticker "SFOR" ("Admission"). The ISIN of the Ordinary Shares is GB00BFZZM640.



Upon Admission:



· the resolution of shareholders to change the Company's name to "S4 Capital plc" became effective;

· the appointment of Sir Martin Sorrell, Paul Roy and Rupert Faure Walker to the Company's board became effective;

· the resignation of Harry Hyman, Rodger Sargent and James Serjeant became effective; and

· 11,709,601 Ordinary Shares were issued to the S4 Capital Employee Benefit Trust.



Since the publication of a prospectus by the Company on 11 September 2018, the MediaMonks Group has continued to trade in line with management expectations.

Can't see any reason for a rapid rise in the short term. If anything the new shareholders are likely to be tempted to take quick profits and, when coupled with a consolidation, which is seldom beneficial, I'd expect this to settle around 130p (in the new form!!).

Result of General Meeting

At the General Meeting held today, all of the resolutions were passed by the requisite majorities.

Accordingly, completion of the acquisition of S4 Capital Limited, the consolidation of the Company's Ordinary Shares of 2.5 pence each on a one-for-ten basis and the re-admission to the standard segment of the Official List and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's Main Market of 255,494,678 consolidated ordinary shares of GBP0.25 each is expected to occur at 8.00 a.m. tomorrow under the ticker "SFOR". The ISIN will be GB00BFZZM640.

The record date for the consolidation is close of business on 27 September 2018.

Pretty much yes.
It's not unlisted as, subject to shareholder approval, will go directly to a full listing.
I'm not saying it's a bad investment, just trying to bring a bit of reality to the board :-)

You forgetting this will be a fully listed not Aim after Friday. Institutions can invest then if they think Sorrell will repeat the success of WPP.

I would be surprised as Can not see sub 10p - to many big hitters invested, they may offload a percentage but they would not sale the lot as this will fly and would be a dangerous move, this could be a massive pay day for all holders in the very near future and long term - it's the beginning foundations of something that could be potentially a great company

Reckon this is going to drop sub 10p at some point soon as 10p placees will start selling to lock in profits and then all the short term Tommies in for a quick buck will panic and sell the mms will be very quick to drop the price .

Hmm, hard to say, but in the fickle world of advertising, where a client pitch can be won on the back of a boozy deal, Sorrell's existing contacts might turbo charge the media monks outfit far quicker than any other industry?

Guess the WPP share price [MKT CAP] might give us a clue as Sir Martin Sorrell [of WPP fame] reckons with everything and everyone that he now knows he can do the same again but in only around a quarter of the time!

Really zcaprd7? And what do you base that assumption on? Only ask as in my view anyone such as myself who is expecting at least a 10X bagger knows that it won't happen in 5 minutes!
