15/3/2022 13:52 | Thanks for posting your update. I had the following from Degiro, and the shares are now visible in my account again! I am puzzled as to what this means or what is happening. >> We have been in contact with our custodian Morgan Stanley regarding this issue. >> They have advised this morning that the liquidation details are yet to be finalized by Fusionex. The company is working to have this event cancelled until all the details are confirmed. >> Your shares will be credited back to your DEGIRO account in the following days. >> We will inform you via email once we receive a final update. | scuava

04/3/2022 16:16 | Ok thank you for the response, yes it's a frustrating situation. I've chased Degiro again just now and will try Link Group again. Thanks and best of luck in getting yours soon | scuava
16/2/2022 12:41 | Hi, I still haven't received my money. Somehow it is being handled by the Link Group who are not in a hurry and give random reasons as to why I have not received my money. I guess we are all learning which financial companies are trustworthy and which ones are not. | dmc123
16/2/2022 10:07 | Hi all, has anyone not received their money from this buyout yet? I use Degiro and they have been incredibly slow and unclear on this. The latest is my account shows all my holdings were sold on 30 November 2021 for £0.00, i.e. basically removed from my account without crediting any funds for them. Would love to hear if others use Degiro and have a similar situation. Thanks | scuava
13/10/2021 20:00 | Hi scuava, I don't know if this helps but it could be worth contacting the Link Group as I think they are handling things on behalf of Fusionex. Their details are below Link Group 10th Floor, Central Square, 29 Wellington Street, Leeds, LS1 4DL T +44 (0)371 664 0321* operationalsupportte *Calls are charged at the standard geographic rate and will vary by provider. 13/10/2021 19:09 | Yes I’m still waiting for mine. DEGIRO have been very slow and actually told me they would need me to provide proof that the takeover happened before they could look into it! Which is obviously hard to prove given they’re not publicly listed. Anyone else have a similar situation or any suggestions as to how to handle it? | scuava
13/10/2021 18:06 | Hello, Is anyone still waiting for their money? This is the reply I received from the Link Group: As you didn’t accept the cash offer by Horyzon Assets Ltd for Fusionex International plc before the 9th September your shares have now been compulsorily acquired. As such, your case has been passed onto the dissentient registrar who will contact you shortly in regard to what is required of you to receive your monies. | dmc123
29/9/2021 21:49 | I didn't accept original offer but got this from HL on 24th Aug: "We can confirm that Horyzon Assets Ltd has obtained acceptances for 90% of the Company's Shares. and has therefore moved to compulsorily acquire the remaining Shares and delist them on 9 September 2021.As a result, we have put forward your holding for acceptance of the Offer to ensure that you receive proceeds in respect of your holding as soon as possible. You will receive the proceeds once the Compulsory Acquisition has been completed." They transferred the cash into my a/c on 7th Sept. Hope that's useful. Good luck getting yours | hejavra
29/9/2021 20:01 | I use iwebsharedealing. I think they are part of the Halifax group. | time to share
29/9/2021 18:04 | Which broker do you each use? I’m guessing it’s DEGIRO who are being slow off the mark | scuava
29/9/2021 17:48 | I was paid my money on 21st September into my online sharedealing account. I did not accept the offer at the time either. Got the 70p per share. | time to share
29/9/2021 12:25 | No, I'm still waiting. I didn't vote as it was a bad deal. | dmc123
29/9/2021 12:18 | Not me, still trying to convince Degiro that it has happened and that I'm owed some! | scuava
29/9/2021 11:58 | Anyone received cash as yet ? | peterm10
01/9/2021 08:54 | Good luck all. I hope it all works out. | chadders
24/8/2021 20:10 | I didn't vote to accept 70p offer. Had message in HL today saying it went through and cash around 9 Sept | pickledcabbage
24/8/2021 19:42 | That’s great thanks a lot chadders, I’ll wait for it to go through whenever it happens, I’m assuming weeks rather than months hopefully! | scuava
24/8/2021 18:26 | I exchanged my shares, that were held in a nominee account, for a share certificate shortly after the delisting. Selling my shares was simply filling in a form and posting it to Leeds. As the deal went through, all remaining shares will be compulsory purchased at 70p...it just takes a bit longer now. | chadders
23/8/2021 07:54 | Degiro replied to me saying "we did not receive any email request from you before the internal deadline set for thia action, hence your request could not be submitted." My understanding is that the buyer will acquire all outstanding shares, even from people who didn't agree to sell, due to having met the threshold. So I guess Degiro will be paying out regardless, they just don't seem to know it yet? Perhaps it takes longer for people who didn't agree to sell? | scuava
19/8/2021 21:44 | I haven’t heard anything or received any money. Nothing on Fusionex website. | digger18
18/8/2021 09:24 | Cheque arrived this morning so it must have gone through on the nod... | chadders
17/8/2021 19:36 | Yeah, shameful. | chadders
