The trading update in April (for year end March) referred to two delayed contracts. A low margin hardware contract with an existing banking customer and a Celebrus multi year contract with a new customer. Both contracts were expected to be signed in H1 of the new financial year (by 30th Sept). The low margin contract was announced in August but unless I've missed it I've not seen anything on the multi year Celebrus contract? Is it to be assumed that this contract will not be signed?

The reason for the RNS is explained in the note “The increase in shareholding outlined in this form has been driven by the all-share combination of Rathbones Group Plc with Investec Wealth & Investment Limited which completed on 21st September 2023.”

What a useless update. No figures and a low margin contract. Ad the Dragons would say I'm Out.
Pity I had great hopes but valuation is very stretched.

Lack of detail in todays results.

Did they sign the two contracts?

The outlook statement is random and vague, like three people just threw three random sentences together. We are now in Q2, very disappointed.

The 2022 annual report shows that the top two customers accounted for almost 70% of sales. Does anyone know who either of the customers are?
