13/4/2017 08:22 | I think that's right. Costs seem quite high for the fundraising. I guess it's up to the company to perform in the future. Not a bad deal compared to others. | godolphin
13/4/2017 08:19 | It equates to 1.75p in 'old money'. They were 1.25p when de-listed. Divide your existing holding by 800 and multiply by 200. The result is what you will own at 7p. So 1.4 x the closing price. I think I have this right but stand to be corrected? | flashheart

06/4/2017 08:55 | Does anyone know what this would mean for existing shareholders please? It’s from the 18th April 2017 – Notice of Annual General Meeting, on the Onzima Ventures website: Authority to allot shares and waiver of pre-emption rights (resolutions 4and 5)The Directors seek authority to allot up to a maximum of 181,956,558 ordinary shares. Further, in order to retain some flexibility at this stage in the Company’s development, the Directors seek power to allot 181,956,558 equity securitieswholly for cash other than on a pre-emptive basis to current shareholders pro-rata to their existing holdings. This amount represents 100% of the issued ordinary share capital as at 24th March 2017. These authorities will continue in force until the AGM to be held in 2018 or 30 June 2018, whichever is the earlier. | emc01

04/4/2017 13:13 | Hi there, Does anyone have any information about a potential relist date for N4? I know the acquisition is supposed to complete by mid April and the AGM is on the 18th, and presumably there should be an EGM to approve the name change etc – does anyone know any more about that too? Can I also ask how people found out about the share consolidation and placing opportunity? My ONZ shares were bought through Hargreaves Lansdown but there was no info there about it so I didn’t have an opportunity to buy any of the open offer shares. | emc01
