What AFC purveyed clearly to all investors on the recent IMC meeting is that:
.
1) AFC Energy is SIGNIFICANTLY UNDERVALUED.
.
2) The AFC Energy broker forecasts do not include a penny for the 200kW system
.
3) The AFC Energy Ammonia Cracker is, according to Ammonia Industry experts, worth much more than the current Market Capitalisation of AFC Energy.
.
I fully expect AFC Energy to reiterate these major points and many more at the AGM, and especially so at the Capital Markets Event where they can be even more open about the valuation as they will be dealing solely with 'sophisticated investors' at that event.
.
PI's not taking advantage of what they were told is their prerogative, but IMVHO will lead to them losing out to the big money that will hoover up any loose stock.

Worth a read of the article below. It's about how undervalued UK listed companies are. We know the AFC Energy board believe the company is very undervalued and that they are doing a Capital Markets Event to try and fix it, FOR US, hence it's good to understand it's not anything specific to AFC, it's the market as a whole.
.
INVESTMENT UPDATE: THE NON-PATRIOTIC CASE FOR UK EQUITIES
.
Pessimism about UK equities is widely held. If it’s based on misconceptions, this could be opening up an opportunity.

A total of only 4 trades in the last two hours. You might call that ‘light trading’.

AFC is not in the FTSE and the FTSE does not contain small companies. In addition, 2020 is a random date chosen by you without a specific context to either AFC or FTSE.

There is therefore no basis for either correlation, or indeed lack of correlation, between the two variables you posit in your post.

I guess you didn’t do maths or critical thinking skills at school. Was that a causal factor in your getting sacked ?

FTSE at all time high.
AFC, 77% down from 2020 high.
How can that in any measure be regarded as progress..

AGM is a necessary procedure, but not necessarily very interesting.

Capital markets day will be the more interesting as AFC people will face open questions from a skilled and purposeful audience of analysts/investors. That should provide a revealing and informative event. AFC issued the invitation, so they must have things to show/tell that they believe will stand close scrutiny. We will find out soon.

@halfwhit,
Why do you believe the Capital Markets Presentation will be transformational?.
When AFC have failed to do anything more than lose shareholders money.

Only 3 trading days to go for AFC to release something favourable before the AGM.
AB could be in hot water with his exorbitant salary and poor performance.
