The uranium exposure hasn't quite managed to compensate the underlying discount widening. Some of the sleepy corners of the portfolio are starting to show some signs of life. AGT larger cap, which has seems to have led the post October rally.

AVI taking over as manager has to be good news. I've always been interested in the trust, but have tended to think it had picked-up too many orphan funds. Maybe AVI can bring about some changes to up the quality of the investments and introduce a dividend and more demanding benchmark?

Highlights from the July commentary section:

In July, the NAV was up 3.69% whilst the Share Price was up 3.00%.
Atlantis Japan Growth Fund produced a positive return having been a drag on returns so far this year. Oakley Capital Investments and NB Private Equity Partners Ltd, both private equity specialists also made notable contributions.

Alpha Real Trust, which had been held in the portfolio for more than a decade and was a significant holding, at around 5%, was sold during July.
