19/4/2024 22:17 | I tendered all my shares held in an ISA with IG. I expected to be scaled back to about 69% but the tender offer was accepted in full. The cash landed in my account today. That suggests IG aggregates tenders and some people tendered less than 69%, or didn't tender any. I guess that's one advantage of having a nominee account. | typo56
19/4/2024 20:27 | Nothing has appeared in my trading account yet! | katsy
19/4/2024 19:25 | Yes - I think the discount to tender price has gone a bit too far Yasx. | nigelpm
19/4/2024 17:39 | I am buying more before it goes lower. | kemche
19/4/2024 17:11 | "I have started to buy back the shares tendered - easy work offloading at 24p and buying back at 19p or so. Will add as it trends lower." "as it trends lower"...if you are confident that it will trend lower, it would obviously be best NOT to buy until it does so. | twatcher
19/4/2024 15:44 | I have started to buy back the shares tendered - easy work offloading at 24p and buying back at 19p or so. Will add as it trends lower. | yasx
19/4/2024 07:56 | Unlike AGL who is running out of cash fast heading towards yet another diasterous cash placement. £130m cash burnt to date and nothing delivered! As for free shares who knows you may well be simply lying holding for years and didn't sell at 140p back in 2022 then claiming you sold up in Jan at 40p on thar two day spike before the share price collapsed to below 12p yeh right lol! We can all say the same in hind sight tw@t! | paul planet earth1
18/4/2024 18:18 | Yep...Certainly increased Mcap...Hmm, well Mcap of Samsung that is, not sure about Nano...best take a look.. | beeezzz
18/4/2024 17:53 | Feeding time here then. No reason why the directors shouldn't reward themselves after a four years of ultimately successful litigation, which would have been extremely grueling for all of them even without you lot constantly on their backs. ----- Planet busted again. LOL. | terrorwit
18/4/2024 17:31 | Management rewarding themselves after such a successful period...and why not... | beeezzz
18/4/2024 15:43 | I see buybacks have been replaced with free shares. | katsy
18/4/2024 15:35 | circa 1M zero cost shares acquired, and 430K sold to pay the tax on them. Whilst I was working out that shareholders who tendered in full were a few percent better off than those that did not, Directors were busying themselves cashing out £200K of nil-cost options at the same time as the share price was being supported by the company via the buy-back. Nice way to get a good price. | twatcher
18/4/2024 15:06 | Price falls on options, and disposal - I was wondering where my freebie is? :) | weatherman
18/4/2024 14:27 | Cope harder my friend. Nobody said nano have to use the patents. They could be sold onwards. | chilom
18/4/2024 14:25 | morning moaners and persistent whingers .. hoping to hear from our 𝐏𝐚 𝐥𝐨 | coiin stein
18/4/2024 14:19 | Nanoco closed down their medical research department and have no immediate plans to reinstate it. There is nothing about it in the most recent presentations and this was further explained during the most recent Q and A. Nanoco's commercial success is far more likely to derive from IR Sensors and Display, as they've explained. I have no idea why you think anything else. It's just one of your opinions based on guesswork instead of listening. So not only are you a hypocritical name caller your insights are misguided. I think calling those who disparage their own investments in public without regard for other shareholders 'morons' is completely justified. They're like a troop of chimps on acid. Anyone might think they have a shared agenda but I think it's all about transferring the blame for their own impatience. | terrorwit
18/4/2024 13:59 | That's a fair point. It was never my intention to clog up the board. Apologies. | chilom
18/4/2024 13:50 | I have filtered the 'tit'. He simply adds nothing of any value, not even for purposes of a good chuckle. I will also filter any contributor that engages him repeatedly since it is simply ludicrous that one has to wade through endless guff to finally come across a comment relating to Nanoco. As for Nanoco, I tendered my shares. I am looking for an opportunity to buy back some of the shares tendered when I think the sellers are done. | yasx
18/4/2024 13:18 | Perhaps you should consider how many times you've called me a clown and how few times you've shared anything insightful. Based on the context of your posts your sole objective seems to be trying to prevent me from speaking so I say you're a hypocrite, | terrorwit
18/4/2024 13:13 | Chilom..highly commendable taking them to task in such a very reasoned way...unfortunately there is no reason with them so points well made fall on deaf ears. | kooba
18/4/2024 13:06 | I'm not complaining about the company. Perhaps you should reread your last two paragraphs and consider your posting history in their context and get back to us. | chilom |
