As far as I know new holder notifying.

Not sure of significance, but if part of a party, should say so.
If Neurocrine behind it they would have to notifiy.

Don't want to raise false hopes, but could this be someone else taking a stake?

Sold last of mine today, as opportunities elsewhere have presented themselves.
Probably my best ever trade!

+140% in under two weeks.

Good luck to those holding on, and hope that a better, fairer offer comes along.

Whilst a bear market is horrible it does throw up some amazing bargains. With a strong $ the Americans are taking advantage of the sales.

Yep that article sums up what a bargain they have potentially got. Let's hope someone jumps in and offers more. Unlikely but maybe someone will take this weekend to mull over an offer. We can but hope

Spruce is the main candidate but as considerable cash burn.
$100 million in cash and the share price at multi year lows it’s possibly to risky a proposition
They could possibly trump the current bid say around 35p which should leave sufficient cash to fund the current cash burn for the combined group until YE2023.
It will be extremely disappointing if the current deal completes but not a total surprise

Presumably, a merger with Eton would already have been discussed and rejected by Eton.
Edison only tells us what we already know, with no comment on whether they consider it to be fair value.

Some of that will have been spent, but adding that to the possible bonus [up to £25m?] paid by ETON over the next few years as sales take off, mean that Neurocrine are literally walking away with it for next to nothing.

Years ago, Solexa, the company that went on to form the heart of Illumina was stolen in a similar way.

If the market thought a counter bid was in the offing the share price would be nearer or over 27.5p let's see where the price goes today. I'd say it's a done deal unless someone comes along with something nearer 50p

Feels like a very short term decision. But i dont know, what discussions the large shareholders have had. Obviously Neurocrine, think it's worth a punt. There's Phase II and Phase III, results, all happening over the next 2 years.

Just checking the chart for likely turning points.
Couldn't find todays candle, it was so high up I had to rescale the chart!

Thursday 1/9/2022 is next possible turn, could be a news day, or a peak in price, or it might not materialise at all. [please ignore if you're not into charts]

Bamboo2, they would have to show their hands pretty quickly. This appears to be a done deal imho. The trade for 4million should be investigated by the authorities as it smacks of insider dealing
