Thats pretty much the top and bottom of it, the info we received from the auditor last week was they are in receipt of a large % of the funds and are awaiting HMRC clearance stating 3-6 months, with no conformation on price.

Hi Liam,
Yes received a letter about how they are going to return funds to shareholders, it stated we should get up to 11.5p with in the next 6 months, not sure if there are more after that as the letter wasn't that clear?

Hi liam,

I spoke to Mick just before they posted an article on the Acertec site, he was helpful but he wouldn't say what Stadco sold for which I thought as shareholders we were entitled to know, may be we will find out later. Also, 2 years to get our money is a bit much.

If you do ring him I'd be interested to know if there's anything news about what's happening.

Ive just seen this too - Looks like could take upto 2 years - been following the sales story for the last few months.

Might be worth calling Mick Hayhurst for a bit more detail in the new year - Hes always very helpful.

Yeah, I wouldn't be chasing this one. CTNO is a good example, after the delist was rebuffed the administrators were called in.

think the share price has got way out of hand now....surprised to see it that high......i would have expected this if the company announced that that they were going to face resisitence to the resolution to de-list....very odd but well done to those who have profited:-)
