risky....past experience indicates that any news related item referring to companies must first seek permission from the company in question for intended release. Tende still wants to keep this quiet and under wraps.....it's their decision. Wild speculation may effect current negotiations, therefore not helpful. All will come out when they're ready.

I emailed Tende, the Commercial court, Omega (ABO) and a person who worked for ATOG. No reply from the first three, and the ex-employee knows nothing about the court case.

Carrb here may have been given a snippet of info from a BoD contact but, as we know, nobody trusts anything our transformational-this, transformational-that brigade come out with.

From day one we've always been left a dangling carrot of waiting for something to happen, every time without fail it's not happened hence we've never had the share price rocket on good news and any chance to get out of this with a profit based on actual progress and achievement! Just one long drawn out affair with no end in sight.

If this takeover was agreed years ago then what's holding it up if it's all in place? Don't say DD as they would have been doing that for months and specified exactly what they are looking for.
