From tomorrow we're DeepMatter Group Plc. I will set up a new thread once ADVFN knows about it.

"As a result, the Company confirms that as of 08:00 a.m. on 17 May 2018, its shares will trade under the new name DeepMatter Group Plc and the TIDM 'DMTR'. The Company confirms that there is no change to the Company's ISIN: GB00B29YYY86.

Proposed change of name

"It is proposed that, to better represent the mission and values of the Company, its name be changed to "DeepMatter Group Plc", as set out in resolution 7 of the attached Notice of Annual General Meeting to be held on 16 May 2018."

No revenues given so far, except FT article mentioned expecting revenues in 2019, which part of 2019 we don't know yet

will feel more comfortable once a broker note is released, to further understand Cron's revenue from this business

Bid/ask as I type is 2.8p v 3.6p and from how I read it a sale has gone through at 2.9p, with a buy @ 3.5p.

As ever, any sustained buying will see this move up a lot. I feel that's the most likely direction of travel at CRON.

The 1.418m trade at 2.60p looks priced as a sell, although could of been a worked buy order. As bid price was 2.20p & you could buy at 2.7p, so potentially a buy

CRON - I read they are to be renamed "DeepMatter" - I rather like that and feel that in itself it will give a lift to the share price

Does anyone know the time frame of this trial ?
