Every six months it's always circumstances beyond managerial control, never strategic positioning and pricing power error. Why not stop doing unprofitable things?

It'll recover with some fresh thinking on the Board - Just the application of simple Value-based Management metrics could transform the business. Alas, there is no sign of change.

Perhaps the management could use the surplus cash to buy out the private investor shareholders and take the company private. It’s been a long wait for profitability - and we’re still not there yet.

Wow, Sleepy, are you still there?? You have the patience of a saint. Do you remember the old AGM discussions of "empty revenues" when we were both shareholders? Seems they are addicted to them. Glen

Thanks for the info i just find these like subsidiary companies a little confusing. Should really have delved deeper and i understand they are exist to protect the property assets of the company

Exactly...Anitass Limited merely exists to hold property assets of the group so at the consolidated/group level there is neither a debtor nor creditor. The "financials" are not "supposed to look" anything

NTV - is this what you are referring to:

“During the six months period, the company paid £150,000 (2019: £12,925) rent to Anitass Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary. At 31 December 2020 Northamber plc owed Anitass Ltd £6,325,000 (2019:£4,510,000)221;

Please note Anitass is a wholly owned subsidiary of Northamber Plc, not a Directors company

I was looking at this share as a potential value purchase. It looked quite good until I found what appears to be a very large spanner in the works
Under related party transaction it appears to owe a directors company over £6m an increase of over £1.8m ?! Maybe the financials are not as good as they are supposed to look
