I just thought I'd have a quick look at this thread after a few months, with so many people filtered it now makes for intelligent reading!

Whatever the doom mongers and time wasters say, I keep adding to my holding here every time funds allow and the shares keep rising! Apart from Fevertree which I have held almost since they floated this is now my best performing AIM stock.

Keep buying, there's a long way to go yet! GLA

Chica,

A resolution to buy back shares is standard resolution..

With buy backs the BoD tend to do better than PIs. It's not always a good sign.

Same resolution as last year and pretty standard. It gives them the option to buy back shares, it doesn't mean they intend to exercise that option.

I notice there is a proposal
to buyback shares at the AGM.

TO AUTHORISE THE COMPANY TO PURCHASE ITS SHARES (A response to this proposal is mandatory)

Chica,

Re Stifel 35p target.

There you go, exactly as predicted...

sp IS below the price the Chairman dumped majority of his holding.

Inaminute, what happened to 'no chance' this will be below 28p?
Completely wrong, again

;-)

"As I said 8 days ago there is no chance this will be below 28p when Mo gives the Finals presentation in early April. The iis who bought the shares will already know what he is going to say"

The Chairman/founder would know what is going to be said and it'll be similar to the fy TU!!! lol

Yet the Chairman/founder dumped majority of his holding recently.

Would readers believe institution or the Chairman/founder?

35p p/t for #HVO The US bank maintains a 'buy' rating for shares in hVIVO, citing its superior growth profile compared to peers, potential for further margin enhancement, and solid market position. Well the dividend was very very nominal and probably disappointed.
They only gave shareholders the interest they received on cash deposits, which is very stingy.
€3.1 million in 2023 v's £1.4 in 2024.Institutions like steady and growing dividends.

It'll hardly attract institutions before April 19th.
Maybe they have something earmarked to acquire later in the year.

I suppose this will drop another smidge when it goes ex divi. I anticipate there being another contract announcement in the pipeline prior to the AGM..IMO
