There is also more than one way to skin a cat. When the Olisol transfer too Gazexport is deemed illegal. They will find a legitimate front company to do their bidding. As long as it's north of $80, I'm sure everyone will be happy 😁

It's down to the Canadian and Kaz financial authorities to sort out. There's nothing Tethys can do about it.

Dr3dd, conspiracy theory's are for investors, the job of Bill is to secure the production license and sort out the gas sales. I would assume that he is a very busy man at the moment and doesn't need to have speculative theory's diverting his attention from the job in hand.

Jaka vs Gaz bullyout

A difference of:

Now I have not seen that amount of shares go through in the past 10 days or so.

...and are they allowed to be buying shares anyway considering that they know price sensitive news and have done since Bill Wells stopped buying on the 2nd February 2024?

Agreed it shouldn't have any effect and the transfer of shares won't be allowed by Canadian's. Hopefully it'll hog tie Olisol at the same time.

Regardless of what's happening with the Olisol shares, it does not directly change anything at Tethys and is a distraction at a time when Tethys are focused on getting the production license and sorting out the gas sales.

This is going to get messy. Who'd of thought.
Canadian registered company transfering shares to a country under sanctions. Ain't gonna happen. So bill might have another 17m shares heading his way. Or someone that isn't under sanctions of course.

Maybe somebody who has been in contact with Bill Wells could be so kind as to get in touch with him and let him know about these two major investors and see what the truth is and how he feels about it as the carrier pigeon might not have tapped on his office window yet!

I'm with you on that one Karmic. All looks very dodgy and basically I'm not too happy about it.
I could speculate all day long as to the reasons Gazprom wants into Tethys. One of them being their government looking for resources. The other getting their hands on ours.

You'd like to think quacktaqGaz might pay theirs now.

Surely they should have to put out an RNS to explain a change of major shareholder?

Peter, maybe not but the mighty Gazprom showing an interest in the minoe Tethys is very significant indeed.

I remember Russian oiler declaring that they had achieved the deepest drill ever north of the Tethys site. The first well was dry and they never declared the second well.

It is only a vague memory now.

As long as they behave themselves. I don't know many oil&gas companies that have found it easy working with the Russians.
