Now I have an address, I am thinking of writing with a copy to the FSA... the least he should do is repay us in cash or shares worth more in his company if they have any liquidity.

He should be reported to the FSA with evidence of the loan amounts he coerced from us without any further communication to those who came to his aid or any visibility that he ever tried to merge into a viable business or to repay the loans.

His action, or lack of action, is despicable to those who loaned him our cash to keep him legally solvent. His prior promises about Chinese funding came to nothing too.

The problem is I have always lived my life with what I think is a good moral compass, unfortunately people like Mr Manduca seem to be lacking one. He really shouldn't be allowed to hold a directorship of any kind imo.
