Surely one does not have to rush to accept. If he gets 50% plus he has to buy everyone else out . if not he has to make an increased bid to get us to accept his offer .

Agree though am disappointed it's going to be taken out so soon.
I hardly ever looked at it as it was a staple.

Any idea if it is worth holding on for a higher offer price? Will at least 50% of holders other than Sagi have bought under 188 and be happy? I had high hopes for MKT.

Dexy I just started the thread because I wanted a share price chart which wasn't on the previous thread.
I have just started one on science group only because there was not a thread for the company and the Naked trader mentioned it in his column.
I do know the area where the company operates and camden market is a very popular spot.

Should rocket tomorrow. bid announced late on Friday afternoon.£1.88._he needs 50% of the non family held shares to agree to the bid so if he doesn't get that no doubt he will raise the bid. After all he knows the real value of the company.

The Offer is subject to the condition that LabTech has received acceptances under the Offer or has otherwise acquired or contracted to acquire not less than 68,256,710 Market Tech Shares (being a number of Market Tech Shares equal to just over 50 per cent. of the current issued share capital of Market Tech (other than the LabTech Shares)).
