So Rav, did you buy into BIDS? I haven't - gonna watch it for now, although I'm kicking myself for selling out at the end of February on the day before suspension at only 3p! btw there's a new thread on here under the new ticker if you've not spotted it yet.

It's funny you replied when I'm questioning mudbath. He's been here well before. So heavily diluted.Pre last sus yes...will make some dosh. But that is pocket money and the facts are most holder did get diluted and also didn't invest heavily further.Facts are on the currently holding %Hope bidstack does well. I will look to add if not too crazy spike

Rav, my understanding is that the dilution you are talking about was previously when the company first relisted and became a shell about a year ago (ie. after ditching the ex-Fitbug business) and started trading at around 5p to 7p.

By the time of the more recent suspension the shares had drifted down to about 3p. Now there is a placing at 6p, so anyone who was brave and bought in the days leading up to suspension at around 3p will be in the money if they start trading again at about 6p. I don't believe there has been another dilution with this latest fund raise - but do correct me if I'm wrong.

Hello ChrisFYB,

Thanks for your post yesterday on the 5 points on Bidstack,

Just had a quick read through the ADms doc, sounds very interesting indeed.

Where did you get your point 5 info from please?

"Potential to generate at least £5m+ of EBIT in FY2020 on sales of £20m+ which would justify a market valuation of c£100m-£125m in coming months, equivalent to 45p-55p per share or 7x-8x returns from 6p oversubscribed Placing Price.

Thanks Mr E5

Following their issue, the Placing Shares will represent approximately 29.34 per cent. of the Enlarged Ordinary Share Capital.

£3.5m at 6p = 58.3m placing shares x 3.4 = 198.22m shares = 100%

"Following their issue, the Placing Shares will represent approximately 29.34 per cent. of the Enlarged Ordinary Share Capital.

according to this section below there will be approx 198m shares in issue afte dilution. Please correct here if i am wrong.

198m x 0.06p = £12m market cap

Implementation of the Proposals will result in certain of the Bidstack Shareholders being deemed to be acting in concert for the purposes of the Takeover Code. The Concert Party will hold 72,908,422 New Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 36.67 per cent. of the Enlarged Ordinary Share Capital.

In addition, if all the Management Options and the Replacement Option held by, or to be issued to, members of the Concert Party were exercised (and no other Share Options or Warrants are exercised), the Concert Party would hold a total of 100,207,922 New Ordinary Shares representing 44.32 per cent.

I have indeed been in and out of KIN and FITB before it.Apart from one blip, the share has been a money spinner for me as I took advantage of the two big spikes. It has been an interesting ride so far and BIDS promises to yield the opportunity for further capital appreciation.

Very simple sir.Mudbath has been in kin for a while. Shareholders were diluted and 99% of holders had their holding worth basically less than a £5."New holders" will of course do well, if the company does well. But old shareholders will need this at x10+ higher to get their old money back!I'm ready to enter when the shares trade

I'm not sure Ravin quite understands this. The number of BIDS shares held when trading starts will be exactly the number of 'KIN Useless shares held when suspended. No further dilution. Not really that complicated.

Bidstack is in pole position and it's about to GO GO GO when it relists on Aim this Wednesday (stock ticker BIDS)My 5 Compelling Reasons to own Bidstack shares:1. Global exclusive multi-year deals with an ever growing number of leading Games publishers makes Bidstack the go to ad tech platform worldwide for in game advertising.2. Highly scalable proprietary tech which will provide billions of ad impressions each month to programmatic ad platforms, media buying agency networks, sponsors and clients all desperate to target the highly sought-after 2bn+ Gen Y Millennials and Gen Z "gamers" on Mobiles, PCs and Gaming Consoles.3. Business now funded with c£3m net through to Breakeven which should be within next 6-12 months.4. Likelihood of regular positive newsflow in coming months as business gains more traction with Games Publishers, Agencies, Clients, Strategic Partners etc5. Potential to generate at least £5m+ of EBIT in FY2020 on sales of £20m+ which would justify a market valuation of c£100m-£125m in coming months, equivalent to 45p-55p per share or 7x-8x returns from 6p oversubscribed Placing Price.Don't be short-stacked be deep-stacked with Bidstack!

Good to see that trading will commence in BIDS shares at 8 am this Wednesday.

Hopefully we will see at least a small premium over the 6 pence placing price.

Rav, isn't the placing at 6p per share? Suspension price was under 3p from what I remember. Personally I'm not a holder as I sold out (probs a mistake it would seem!)
