Might get a tick-up on Monday - Tipped in MOS

topvest - Cannot argue over 163% over 11 years - However world is still in an inflationary period with massive and probably significantly debt funded investment required if the momentum behind global warming/climate change is to be moderated - I do not believe it can stopped with current technology.

Why? The world is now in feedback loop - warming or the tundra and increasing Methane emissions, forest fires and reduction in CO2 sequestration, warming of the oceans, very significant delays in reduction of emission from fossil fuels etc.

I've decided to sell this after a strong recent performance. 163% return over about 11 years, so pretty good. I am very bearish on overvalued technology stocks. Dividend yield is very low and uncovered, and so I really do not like the global investment theme at the moment. I realise I'm a little contrarian on all of this, so maybe wrong. I am looking for cheaper higher yielding portfolios.
