Well they've done 100 in a couple years - now they've got the team in place super smooth web site linked to bespoke IT back end head office, all the marketing blurb and top awards - even Carol Smiley FFS ;) ....blaa blaa etc etc etc ........it should be running like a well oiled machine, and they now have the fire power and backing to do it.

If they did a further 75 franchises 2017 and 125 in 2018 and say 150 in 2019 then 175 in 2020 and 2021 respectively that's 800 offices.

100 now + 75+125+150+175+175 = 800 total x £12K = £9.6M gross income PA.

Since things have gone from zero in a few years and now they have some of the backing of some of the best people in the industry with the virtually bottomless pockets of the stock market when its onto a good thing, surely it should be a walk in the park for them ?

Well if you read the statement thats what they reckon 800 ! So this deal will be based on that being achievable. So what do you think is achievable if thats overly optimistic? Im not a estate agent so I dont know. However I am a private investor looking to make a profitable investment so its important to me to understand other people's reasoning and viewpoints.

I would expect the shareprice would then be nearer north of £5 in total and a very healthy annual dividend to boot. The year would be 2021. Of course markets being markets get excited by stuff like that so if results bear out such growth the credibility of the claims will be then factual and so the market will probably suffer premature ejaculation by say 2018 for that £5 target.

Right then mr bbus some calculated jam tomorrow figs from my research.In the rns the board believe the uk market could accommodate upto 800 ewemove office franchises. Each franchise pays 12K licence pa. Lets say head office has 20% overheads for training retention IT, etc etc. Then thats 800x12k-20% roughly £7.8M gross profit PA so assuming the board are right then £15M maximum purchase costs seems a fair bet. The top table look motivated with a large wage of mco shares and tasty salary and it remains there baby. So its fair to say such ambitions are unlikely to be pie in the sky.

Of course they are investing in the people and looking at whats been achieved with ewemove is breath taking - this looks like a Belvoir hybrid model thats a lot more forward thinking and could be bigger than them in say 3 years time which case would easily achieve 4x return on equity over the period.

If it did MCO would be blasting through the £4- I think if results impress on the 14th this could easily break £2

Well it's a high growth business with completions up 56% in July and August from a year ago. Lets say in 24 months turnover is 4 million plus with profits nearing 1 million and costs minimal for each new franchise of which they estimate a further 800 are possible it'll seem cheap then will it not?? Very sensible management here who imv would be very unlikely to overpay....

£8m never mind £15m does seem a lot to pay for a business which is less than three years old, has 12 months T/O of £1.65m, profits of £120k and nil gross assets. I assume it has some very wizzy new technology and people they desperately want.

I suspect the results are going to be very well recieved. This is a difficult stock to buy isn't it.

Very pleased with the acquisition of EweMove this morning, gives us an increased hybrid base. EweMove recently stated completions in July and August had increased by 56% over the same time last year.

Yes their results showed LFL of 10% so bodes well for MCO. Results on the 14th will show imho.

Hmm, not sure - it would have been nice to have received a trading statement from the AGM, I can't help thinking that those who attended have a bit of a heads up compared to anyone else - even an in line statement would have probably moved the shares in this market.

Did anyone attend?

(not that I am complaining my shares have moved in the right direction!)
