I believe they have been withdrawn from CREST and are held directly with the Registrar - see hxxps://rm2.com/investors/#trading

I suggest getting in touch with the Registrar or the Company and making sure that your name is on the shareholders Register. Or you might miss out on whatever you are getting in exchange for your shares.

So, fellow 1.6%ers (and does that include the debris of the Woodford funds?), what do we make of this:

Having read it a couple of times, I'm still not sure who's acquiring whom; but I'm sure our loyalty to the Company will be rewarded.

You were probably sent it when the shares were withdrawn from CREST, but if you can't find it Computershare can reissue it. They'll probably be more help than the company, who probably won't know who you are without asking Computershare anyway.

If there's ever a dividend (Ha!), you'll want them to know where you are!

You probably ought to get in touch with RM2 or Computershare (their Registrar) and make sure your details are correct on the shareholder register. The EGM is next Thursday, 22 July.

Too predictable but hard to short - too inevitable and shareholders right royally screwed over. But yes, impressive how wrong the tipsters got it. Wood just too cheap.

daffyjones - Interesting article - Thanks for posting - I wonder if they ever made the 1.3 million or more palles and if so ho many still exist and what they might be worth. Cold Woody have a "fire sale" of the residual stock and recover a few £ million or are they NBG for anything now?
