George? Really?
I thought that was Paul or Neil...
So confusing.
.....
Val must be the only Company on the LSE totally run by the traders and when they fall short of shares, no problems, the management steps in issuing millions of confetti to make up for the shortfalls.
History repeats always.

but yet you are still here..

At 11 o clock on a bank holiday night.

On a share site you're not invested in...

And never will be.

Do you ever look in the mirror and have a word with yourself?

You should

Let’s see then @RonPharma
Deliver a BOD that’s investable first because as it stands I wouldn’t own shares in this business with this BOD if you gave me the stock for free.
Incompetence on a whole new level frankly.

As for getting involved. You are right no bloody way would I buy shares at the current obscene price level with this BOD just to get involved knowing I’m guaranteed to take a financial hit. Stuff that.

IF the BOD is sorted ready for H2, I will back the penny placing.

both want board changes, and when in motion, neither gets involved.

Market doesn't agree as SuZy is still here.We need a new CEO ,a new CFO ,500k reduction in costs . This only survives with a new BoD and some major strategic change / focus . No one will give SuZy another penny to spend . She never gave us a chance sticking with Theoremx for 4 years .I hope the changes aren't going to happen too late. Was plainly obvious at Agm last year that change was needed then . Hopefully the process can get a move on . Every week of delay could prove v v costly .

@Nick
Adrian DeCousey - Tick
Martin Goldstone - Tick
Adrian needs to get Ben Snipe onboarded also a bloody good addition imo

Everyone else - sorry BYE
We don’t need another banker so Suzy’s idea or whoever on the BOD thought it good to add Luke was another poor idea - probably a decent bloke but not for this business at this stage.
Lampshire and cox - why are they still here? - Adrian despite his credentials has lost some early credibility for me by withdrawing the requisition notice and in doing so keeping these two.
Gerry - has to go, sorry but not acceptable to retain a CFO that’s resided over two crashes and still here. He might be cheap but the lack of fiscal control counter productive.
Suzy - has to be removed from the BOD. If she remains it’s in a non board position back at £80k a year NOT on a £180k package the business can’t afford.
Ray - sorry we don’t need a BOD observer - we need focused and dedicated board additions.
They also need a new BDM and remove the current one who hasn’t secured a paying customer EVER.

If those changes happen before end of June. There is a chance of rebuilding the business ready for H2 and a penny placing worth supporting. If all the dead wood remains going into H2 I remain OUT

Yes, as interesting as watching paint dry

New BOD, New direction and New improved fiscal control and we might just get somewhere, until then still totally uninvestable

See you at the penny placing @jason

@porky. If valirx didn’t exist what would you be doing? If you were invested I could sympathise with some of your arguments. The only rational reason I can see why you comment obsessively even though you’re not invested is because you love people and you don’t want them to lose money. Well done danish 🇩🇰 Well dun. Ps. Ask your boss slater slug for an inflationary raise. You’ve earned it 🤦‍a94;️

Because what i post @Jasonpugh is basic common sense, i'm not some investment guru here i am referring to basic business commercial acumen. You can't run a business like this. IF this business was NOT on the AIM and in the private sector, no way in a million years would they be allowed to get away with this. Its shocking.

Show me any private business that has had more than 15 cash raises and secured and spent more than £25m of investor cash and delivered ZERO revenue in 15 years and spent the bloody lot and is still trading???

The stock remains totally uninvestable until those BOD changes are made. They are long overdue.
