So this is about par to NAV now.

Interest rates on hold in US and UK for even longer, thanks to China devaluation?
So fixed rate stuff ought to be supported.
But how much of this is below investment grade? That would be impacted by a slowdown.

Will have another check.

Having sold out a lot of my RECI -a hard act to follow -because of its premium to NAV I have gone for VTA and JPSL as a vaguely similar mix to replicate what I have sold.

dave - I'd parked this idea well away with the premium, but your post prompts another think.

Gearing seems to be just below the 20% ceiling, at 18.6%. That may be why a discount is warranted. Will come back to it.

At 5% below NAV, 6.8% yield (According to Trustnet ) hedged back to Sterling, so no currency risk ,with a small amount of gearing, I'm in.
