Syqic is rebranded as Bolt Global and it is making profits. Shareholders of Syqic are not contacted or informed about this. Do you think it is worth informing to Action Fraud.

Someone told me Syqic is rebranding as Bolt Global and the new company is making money too. So the CEO is cheating all shareholders. I just wish FCA could do something about this.

Interesting.....looks like Hassim's new venture. No company address, email or phone contact number - just a facility to send them an email.

chrisdgb can at least now email them to ask when he will get a copy of SyQic's accounts for 2016 but I really wouldn't advise him to hold his breath !

Hassim bio on the website doesn't even mention SyQic at all - how very, very strange !

Correct, I have completed it, but no news since..

They were still releasing RNS announcements but tricky to spot as there is no ticker.

Chrisdgb, not sure we will see any of it though.

I notice there is a shareholder registration form on their web site, has any body completed this ? Is this the mechanism they are using to communicate with shareholders now that the listing is gone.
