$PXOG is acquiring up to 49.9% in a Spanish revenue generative integrated #gasproduction and power station operation. The JV partner @warregoenergy, with whom PXOG also shares an interest in the Tesorillo project is acquiring at least 51.1%.

Warrego Energy acquires stake in Spanish integrated gas project


Warrego said El Romeral has a “low cost and rapid route to commercialisation� via tie-ins to the power station over the next 24 months.

The acquisition from Petroleum Oil and Gas España SA will be completed by the Tarba Energia SL joint venture, shared by Warrego (85% equity) and UK-based Prospex Oil and Gas Plc (15%).

As we expected but the outlook as hoped remains upbeat,I feel.

As I indicated before rivaldo is often the outlook that is the important thing for results.I have bought ahead of them in anticipation of the worst being over.
They are a very innovative bunch from what I can gather and obviously the politics and gaming laws are out of their control.imo

Last year's results will of course be rubbish, which perhaps is priced in, perhaps not.

Davy (amazingly) forecast 7.7p diluted EPS this year in their March 22nd note, resulting from a £2.1m PBT and a £13.2m turnover, up from £6m in 2015.

This then reduces to 2.3p EPS in 2017 from only £10m turnover.

Bizarre forecasting. I can only assume that perhaps they are expecting a system sale this year and not next year, though analysts don't normally factor in such random events.

GAME could do very well out of simulated gaming, and if they make a system sale or two, and/or a US state or two legalise online gambling, or even just progress the likelihood of it, then all bets are off.

But it's been a long and hard struggle for GAME. At least now they have the funding in place.

I have faith in the management I did topped up a few weeks ago at the lows I've done very nicely out of investing in companies the smurfits run

Ah!
I see.
I sympathise.
It is frustrating if you have seen a company lose ground.
Not forgetting that it must be so for management as well.
Politics got in the way and the general market I think.
I am working on the theory that that attitudes could change in the US,but in the meantime GAME seem to be adapting and branching out in a commercial way in a very sensible direction which could turn it round,in my view.
