This post relate3s to the really useful silver thread a hotbed of misinformation
today's date
Several or more members of this thread have taken to spreading spurious and harmful information, often giving media backup from spurious and possibly dangerous sources. The topics of dangerous misinformation have an underlying set of justifications: they are largely, ant4i vaccination, and pro Qannon conspiracy.
Another more general " conspiracy" promulgated by one or more posters is that there is a world conspiracy to create a new order.

In short, this thread has not only seriously outlived its original purpose, but is a dangerous site which COULD , lead to radicalisation of ordinary posters, in a number of ways, OR walk them into places of serious misinformation in other media, who might be unaware of or influenced by, the several radicalised posters and their misinformation.

I give notice: to ADVFN to monitor this thread and consider their situation and response.

Heh, I was only 99p out in my prediction for how much the company would be sold for...

Greater than 25% discount to the placing and no-one wants in at all.
Will Theo or Peter be picking this up from the receivers for 1p? (1p total not per share)

The company is being sold for £1 yes a pound plus the buyer has to repay Vodafone their loan.

With the value of the Outsourcery IP, and their massive worldwide sales agreements with all the major tech companies, plus their Microsoft, erm, whatever it was supposed to be.Anyway, with all that, it might be worth buying Shares in Vodafone.!! As they will be a main creditor due to the cash they lent Outsourcery, then surely they're at the front of the queue for these rich pickings. The Vodafone shareprice could double quite easily once the market catches onto this little secret...

Agreement has been reached to sell substantially the entire business and assets of the Company's trading subsidiary Outsourcery Hosting Limited to GCI Network Solutions Limited. In order to complete the sale, it will be necessary to appoint Administrators, and the Board of Outsourcery has resolved to appoint partners from EY as Administrators for this purpose. The appointment is expected to be made today, and the sale is expected to complete shortly thereafter

Game Over.

Piers Linney has sent a sharply worded letter to Vittorio Colao, chief executive of Vodafone, to complain that the mobile network is responsible for the plight of his cloud computing company, which has all but collapsed.

EY has been appointed to find a buyer for Outsourcery, which has been offered around for a nominal sum of £1 alongside an agreement to pay Vodafone back the money it has loaned the business to keep it afloat, believed to be about £8 million. The consultant has not yet been appointed as an administrator to Outsourcery but a failure to sell the business
