01/12/2016 11:59 | Or 1.80p in total per new consolidated share. | barnetpeter
01/12/2016 11:57 | Dont forget the shares were consolidated 10 for 1 after delisting so anyone who bought at 0.1 will get their money back....with perhaps more next year. Probably about 0.08 to make a total of 0.18 in total. Which is probably fair... | barnetpeter
01/12/2016 11:46 | Where did you find it? Cheers | snape
01/12/2016 11:42 | Ah found it....payment of 1p per share on 14 december followed by further payments next year. | barnetpeter
01/12/2016 11:15 | Does anyone know what has gone on here......it had over a million in cash The Group finished the year with cash and cash equivalent balances of GBP1.62 million (2014: GBP1.73 million). Net assets at 30 June 2015 were GBP2.55 million compared to GBP2.52 million at 30 June 2014. | barnetpeter
10/12/2015 07:55 | Barnet You any idea what will happen to the HNL shares these own! | 412069
09/12/2015 13:49 | I see no reason for this to delist. I have too many of these aim delisters myself....with one notable exception of a company in the USA that was sold off for 5 times the prices two years later, my experience is that you then hear nothing. No accounts or updates, nothing. In a couple of cases the websites have gone and the directors just awarded themselves large salary increases until the cash had run out. | barnetpeter
06/11/2015 09:20 | Shareholders are just a minority here after the initial float and the directors changed plus name change and direction (over 60% held by a couple) plus this company is used to support the directors interest elswhere. The correct action if delisting as we cannot stop it happening. The Directors should buy back the shares at the issue price because of failure to deliver. Then they can continue being a private company. | maxwell
05/11/2015 17:22 | SM The trouble with AIM companies everything is people and some can be very enthuiastic and sweep others along, but with very little fact, which eventually when realism comes to the front can be terrible for value. As the saying which I have heard many times "Blue sky" on the horizon if only..... Stick with manufacturing and a name then probably no problems other than competitors, but very boring and little profit although sleep easy - choice is we all wh'ant to make a large profit all the time and invariably fail. | maxwell
05/11/2015 16:30 | If any of you guys want to sell at 0.1p then I will happily buy a few and take an interest here. Just email me via mellomeeting.co.uk | davidosh
05/11/2015 15:16 | Thanks Maxwell for taking the time to reply - its appreciated. Sorry you are down so much on this - far more than myself. I now have 500k shares - dumped some after announcement in desperation! It seems it may be worth holding - not worth selling but then anything is better than nothing. Here's hoping. Ah ....fed up with AIM. All the best and thanks again. sm | smcl
05/11/2015 14:49 | Not sure whether to hang on and see what the paperwork will tell us, as the company is worth more than the share price plus I am owed in excess of £25k as bought shares at flotation (6p each × 400k) + more when price nothing to average down and currently hold 1.2million but not even worth the paper printed on...... what with company name change and directors coming and going unable to decide on a direction or what has been owned/sold given away etc....hence perhaps the major shareholders have a plan, and then again perhaps not.........no help here!!!! | maxwell
02/11/2015 17:10 | HI Maxwell - I hold these. Would you stay or exit at this stage? Appreciate your comments. Thanks sm | smcl
30/10/2015 14:19 | The question is how will the 60%+ holders cancel AIM listing, obviously simple if buying out the other shareholders then it can do what it likes (doing that anyway) Realise a cash value and distribute, unlikely as more than probable is to consolidate say 50:1 into a new share at least then might be worth a penny share. | maxwell
24/9/2015 10:15 | Don't forget that we still have a % of Hague who have over doubled share price in the last 24 hrs. | maxwell
12/6/2015 16:32 | No news ar PHC or any share movement (£1.08) hence what is the left hand doing!!!! that the Right hand is not aware offfffffffffffffffff | maxwell
12/6/2015 12:02 | Whatever is happening is only known to the chosen few and we the original investors talked out of our money at many multiples of the share price at the moment can only sit and hope of seeing our money back after all the years waiting...... | maxwell
12/6/2015 10:48 | At December 2014 the Group's net assets were just under 0.29 pence per share, an increase from 0.26 pence in June 2014 and 0.25 pence in December 2013. Cash balances declined from GBP1.73m to GBP1.63m during the period. Well up today but who knows what this company holds? I bought at 0.13 and 0.15....seems pointless to sell at such a discount to NAV and with so much cash with PHC above 100p. | barnetpeter |
