I am seeking some information, advice appreciated.

Am I correct to say that when 3DD became 3DR, 3DD share holders at that time would have received equal number of shares in the newly formed company "Cariescan", in addition to the 3DR shares?

Anyone can help?

maybe time to get back in here, risk1 i think they were involved in commodities trading so they know the business inside out i wouldnt be surprised to see an investment shortly from 3dr its been a while since the reversal

Quite a few rumours surrounding this one too all very good for shareholders I believe. Expect an update very shortly.

They are rasing money and presumably doing an acquisition Why complain its better value for shareholders generally.

Queenwood I would suggest that they are shortly to make an announcement which is why the price has moved up. As this would not be common knowledge merely hearsay they are not obliged to confirm or deny this.Watch over the next week or so for confirmation of what they have or are doing is the simplest advice.
