15/3/2014 21:08 | Oh dear the liar is at it again!! Acta_topup 15 Mar'14 - 19:53 - 1147 of 1157 0 0 The failure of MBW to complete and capitalise on that arrangement has ZERO to do with me so I have no idea why you are bringing that up. And yes I do continue to chat with Rory Stear as I remain the 2nd largest investor in the company. You on the other hand are an extremely small time pump and dump merchant who has absolutely zero credibility and influence | r g fletcher

18/9/2013 13:28 | orm5, according to the RNS, they mentioned looking into setting up a Matched Bargain Servce in the future to allow investors a way to sell and buy the shares. I have email Rory Stear to see if can provide any update on things but have yet to hear back | outsourcer
11/9/2013 20:53 | orm5 - not a holder here, but have been shafted by previous Aim listed companies - so sympathise with all holders. I would advise writing to the company secretary if the company still exists in limited form -I presume it is still a public limited company, but no longer listed (but it may still have reporting requirements to be met). The company secretary may give you some idea whether the company will still continue or eventually go into administration, especially if debts may be unpaid. Failing that, contact HMRC (or even Companies House) to clarify your position. Did the company not spell out the position? It may be worth checking with the Stock Exchange / company registrars also. PS - technically, there may be a way of transferring shares between two parties at negligible value so a loss can be crystallised, especially if the company is still technically a public company, depending on the value you were holding and whether the benefit is worth pursuing. But you may need legal advice on how to do this effectively. | joestraughan
11/9/2013 20:18 | Will we get any updates if the company is successful with the debt recovery?Does anyone know how we will be able to sell the shares, and what we could expect - even if nil value so that it can be recorded as a capital loss. | orm5

31/7/2013 11:05 | shameless after ramping it for months with claims of a 'direct line' to the CEO and claiming to be largest shareholder ! Acta_topup 30 Jul'13 - 12:17 - 8727 of 8734 0 0 Yes very sad. Kind of seemed inevitable despite all the "talk". I moved on some time ago and I hope everyone else can. | dontshootthemessenger
