IMO pivot need to release some news to get this share to kick forward as it stands Jeremy has left and sold potentially 1m shares, he may have left for medical or family issues and needed some money. However at the moment there is uncertainty in the market, I feel pivot should give some information as to why he has gone to clear things up along with a Q1 trading update

Tom W believes that Stoller will ensure that there will be no stock overhang as a result of Barbera leaving.Also the latter's departure could reduce PLC costs by circa $1 million per annum.We shall see.

Whats everyones take on Jeremy Barbera resigning? It makes me wonder why he would resign so soon after taking the position and so soon after buying shares.

The RNS is lacking in detail why Jeremy Barbera resigned, presumably he plans not be so hands on. He certainly has a large chunk of the shares. I still have hopes of a strong recovery in the business
