Help Please

Can anyone confirm if they actually received a share certificate in Chester Gruop please.

I've had a complaint outstanding with Hoodless Brennan since last year as I have never received my share certificate or the £200 cash payment. I'm now being told by the FSA (who I raised a complaint with), that no share certificates can be issued due to Chester Group not being a listed company?

I'm being offered £100 compensation - which is only half of what the original buy-out was.
