another capital reorganisation; don't get the maths but my 1203 vaiomo (already consolidated Acv) become 100 shares only. Can anyone shed any light on what appears to be the another screwing of shareholders hard earned??

Following this repayment, on the basis of the Company's valuation as at 31 March 2012
and after taking account of the Company's expected liabilities to 30 April 2012 including the costs of the Proposals
and the repayment, in full, of the loan to be provided to the Company by Aberdeen Asset Management PLC (as
explained in more detail below), the Company is expected to have remaining net assets of approximately
£1.8 million, being approximately 5p per Share............

It is expected that it may take up to two years before the remaining assets of the Company will be realised
and any cash is able to be returned to Shareholders............

The Liquidators may make interim distributions once
sufficient realisations of the Company's remaining investments have been made and after the repayment of
the loan from Aberdeen Asset Management PLC. However, there is no guarantee that there will be any
distributions to Shareholders.

ZDPs paid off, now full wind down including de-listing, will be interesting to see what gets realised from what's left. No fire sale though and minimal costs. Hopefully a statement to that effect of reaming assets with hint of time scale.

There is a document saying listing on 23rd Dec. But obviously has happened.
Company website up at least now.

Maybe some 'hitches' to overcome..

Just received corporate action notification re post 8 above. Is this or will this be of any value now then. Has it/is it to re-list.....just a bit confused if we have a resurrection here or not.....any ideas anyone?

Apparently not! Going to become Voiamo group PLC.

Albeit with a 50:1 share consolidation.

Well after the zero prefs have been paid off I was thinking or should I say guessing around 4.5p per share with a 2012 time scale again a guess.

That's 100% upside.
