So many small cap share prices decimated to the core fear of rates staying higher for longer...low volumes liquidity disappears...all the action is in the mega caps...distorted market...

There is more upside than downside in the share price at the current low level. My target is 20 p in six months.

davidbennett you are correct Capital Markets Event 13 June 2024. My bad working on another company date mix-up. Thanks for pointing that out. I shall adjust that now and update it.

Hope1815 - a very good summary, thank you.

What’s 6th June btw? Helen Parris (Investor Relations) told me that more details of the strategy moving forward will be announced on 13th June. That’s a date I definitely have in my diary :)

The CEO has been in the post for over 3 months now and from that people can gauge if the CEO has had an impact. Adolfo Hernandez seems to be following the basic handbook on how to turn the business around.

1. Invest in the company via shares to promote confidence in the company.
2. Brought in some people from outside to gain a fresh view.
3. Overheads reduced which has minimal impact but saves money in the longer term (Living Wage opt-out)
4. Getting to know the company by visiting all the sites and people in the company. Engaging with ex-employees and current ones to understand where things are.
5. Keep Customer Retention going and look to expand Business.
6. Bring in new working practices within the company which will reduce costs. Home working via job adds releases Liabiliires on office space reducing costs.
7. Bringing in new Partnerships to enhance working practices and in the medium term to reduce costs.
8. Unlocking equity to increase cash flow.
9. Understand the company's Business plan and improve it. (13 June 2024 Capital Markets Event penciled in)
10. Incentives for people to reach targets in the medium term.

Adolfo Hernandez seems to have done these in less than 3 months.

You think a UK facilities management firm is going to buy a business that operates call centres across Europe?

I see an audacious 25p area bid from Mitie for this as real opportunistic play on the horizon.
If I'm wrong, then hey.
