Brian may not be present on the listed RGO Board but any thoughts that it's pure coincidence that these two companies share similar names and/or that they are not linked like twin sisters is definitely for the birds.

Thx How odd as I thought Brian was the one who organised all the financing and deals for RGO .Anyway I won't get involved anywhere Brian does anyone more . He's lost my trust .

Riverfort Global Opportunities PLC.

This is the BB for Riverfort Global Opportunities PLC. and he is not a director here.
Though once upon a time he was a director at Pluto.

my angst was delisting. but not happening at the present AGM it seems.

they have lots of contact and their prescious liquidity can save lots of Cos even with small amounts. and that can RGO charge a lot.

they will get some new funds and probably support piri + some other current investments... plus there are huge opportunities out there

It may have something to do with the content of the AGM notice, which includes voting on a resolution

...to allot shares in the capital of the Company and rights to subscribe for shares up to an aggregate nominal value of £25,847, representing approximately one third of the nominal value of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company as at 3 November 2023........and

..to waive the normal pre-emption rights over the same amount of shares.

Heavily down on almost 9m shares traded. Quite large volume for this share.

Looks like somebody has been dumping all morning in lots of 500k from the trades data below.

Any other ideas what's going on?

RGO own so many different bit parts of businesses it's hard to really see what the value is. Add in the admin expenses and investment advisory fees and you can see why it's not that attractive.

That said, it's now a big discount to NAV. Wish there was more transparency on the debt and equity linked portfolio.

Last interims only said that was investments in 20 companies
