Paul Hill was supposed to be doing a 'catch up' with management well over a week ago now. It seems like that hasn't happened, or the management don't wanna talk anymore.

Not even sure the product is that great. They put aside quite a bit to cover warranties and obsolete stock - mentioned last year in the small print they needed a design change.

Yep, as time has gone on, I've become less convinced about this business, it's turning out to be another SED.

So they have had two opportunities to release some actual numbers, and haven't done so. I can only guess that sales have been low and they are trying to cover this with forward predictions. There was also another gem in todays statement.


"...now expects to make one-time fair value adjustments (subject to audit) for Inventory (both finished products and raw materials), future supply arrangements for raw materials with certain suppliers and warranty provisions for product supplied in 2023 and earlier years"

So it looks like everything they made last year was of poor quality, as they are going to write off stock, and equipment has failed within the warranty period. Just as well they didn't sell much.

This could easily go to 0p. I said at 90p they need a lot to go right to justify the valuation, since then they have hardly taken a forward step. Uninvestable at the moment.

I dont think Tekcapital's sale of Belluscura shares are particularly interesting. Interesting Tek were happy to drop their share of Bell. That said Tek have been a disaster share so it may be a good thing. Tek very good at paying their exec by significantly diluting shareholders.Last year results right on deadline at end of June. Surely this year will be much earlier. You are right though no news on sales. share price will drift without news but at least they now have cash.
